我国区域电子制造业技术创新能力差异及影响因素分析

【摘要】:随着美国等发达国家劳动生产率提高,资源成本下降,并实施再工业化战略,促使我国国内部分外资高技术制造业企业回流,相比之下,国内劳动力价格上涨、资源环境约束日益加剧,加上区域经济发展水平的差异,区域技术创新水平的高低直接关系到我国制造业总体竞争力的高低,尤其是技术创新最为活跃的电子制造业,对电子产业技术创新能力有清晰的认识和理解,对于制造业整体技术创新水平的认识和理解是至关重要的。因此,对电子产业技术创新能力的研究,有助于深入了解我国制造业总体技术创新水平,进而制定相应的政策和措施以带动其他制造业技术创新水平的提升,以点带面地推动我国制造业整体技术创新水平的提高。在前述研究背景下,本文基于价值链视角分析我国电子产业发展现状,也是创新点之一,从而分析我国电子产业在价值链中所处阶段,进而采用改进的动态因子分析和传统因子分析法对我国东中西三大区域电子产业的技术创新能力进行综合评价,并通过聚类分析深入分析了区域间差异所在。研究表明:总体上来看,在综合技术创新能力得分中,东部最高,西部次之,中部最低;东部地区中,长三角和珠三角的创新能力高于环渤海地区;中部地区,内部各省份差异较大且没有显著增长极,整体创新能力显著低于东部地区;西部地区,四川和甘肃两省电子产业技术创新能力较为突出,且在研究时间范围内,多数年份保持在前十名行列,进而带动西部电子产业整体创新能力高于中部地区,但与东部差距仍然较大。在对东中西电子产业创新能力综合评价基础上,通过构建个体固定效应模型,并在模型中加入人均GDP和非农化程度作为控制变量,对东中西创新能力差异进行影响因素分析,研究表明:交通基础设施对差异有正向影响,但显著性水平较低;信息化水平有较为明显的正向作用,但并不显著,说明信息化程度的局部集聚特性并不明显,但东部地区和西部地区信息化水平高于中部地区;产业集聚度较好地反映电子产业规模经济的正外部性,东部电子产业集聚度明显高于中西部地区;市场化程度对差异有负向的影响,同时FDI对差异有十分显著的正向影响,在引入两者交互项情况下,交互项对差异有显著负向作用,表明在市场化制度还不完善的情况下,引进外资对我国电子产业创新能力有显著的正向影响,但从长远来看,盲目引进外资阻碍了于我国电子产业健康发展,同时对我国市场化制度的完善产生不利影响。因此,在今后的发展中,须在有效利用外资的基础上,集中有效资源调整和完善市场制度,从而真正提升电子产业自主创新水平。
[Abstract]:As labor productivity in developed countries such as the United States has increased, resource costs have fallen, and the strategy of reindustrialization has been implemented, prompting some foreign high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China to return. In contrast, domestic labor prices have risen. With the increasing resource and environment constraints and the difference in the level of regional economic development, the level of regional technological innovation is directly related to the overall competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry, especially the electronic manufacturing industry, which is the most active in technological innovation. It is very important to have a clear understanding of the technological innovation ability of the electronic industry and to understand the overall technological innovation level of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the research on the technological innovation ability of electronic industry is helpful to understand the overall level of technological innovation in our manufacturing industry, and then formulate corresponding policies and measures to promote the technological innovation level of other manufacturing industries. To promote the overall level of technological innovation in China's manufacturing industry. Based on the above research background, this paper analyzes the current situation of electronic industry development in China from the perspective of value chain, which is also one of the innovation points, and thus analyzes the stage in which the electronic industry in China is located in the value chain. Then the improved dynamic factor analysis and traditional factor analysis are used to comprehensively evaluate the technological innovation ability of the electronic industry in the east, west and east of China, and the differences between regions are analyzed through cluster analysis. The results show that: overall, in the comprehensive technical innovation ability score, the eastern part is the highest, the west is the second, and the middle part is the lowest; in the eastern region, the innovation ability of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta is higher than that of the Bohai Rim region; The internal provinces have great differences and no significant growth poles, and the overall innovation ability is significantly lower than that of the eastern region; in the western region, Sichuan and Gansu provinces, the technological innovation capability of the electronic industry is more prominent, and within the time range of the research, Most of the years remain in the top 10 ranks, thus driving the overall innovation capacity of the electronics industry in the west is higher than in the central region, but the gap with the east is still large. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the innovation ability of East and West electronics industry, this paper analyzes the influence factors of the difference of innovation ability between East and West by constructing individual fixed effect model and adding per capita GDP and non-agricultural degree as control variables in the model. The results show that the traffic infrastructure has a positive effect on the difference, but the level of significance is low, and the level of information has a more obvious positive effect, but not significant, which indicates that the local agglomeration characteristics of the degree of informatization are not obvious. However, the informatization level in the eastern and western regions is higher than that in the central region, and the industrial convergence degree reflects the positive externality of the scale economy of the electronic industry, and the convergence degree of the eastern electronic industry is obviously higher than that of the central and western regions. The degree of marketization has a negative effect on the difference, and FDI has a very significant positive effect on the difference. When the interaction between the two items is introduced, the interaction item has a significant negative effect on the difference, which indicates that the market-oriented system is not perfect. The introduction of foreign capital has a significant positive impact on the innovation ability of China's electronic industry, but in the long run, blindly introducing foreign capital hinders the healthy development of China's electronic industry and has a negative impact on the perfection of our country's market-oriented system. Therefore, in the future development, it is necessary to concentrate effective resources to adjust and perfect the market system on the basis of the effective utilization of foreign capital, so as to improve the level of independent innovation in electronic industry.
