M服饰公司供应链风险管理研究

【摘要】:在当前全球化和信息化浪潮下,企业整体供应链时时处处面临各种挑战和风险,供应链的风险管理逐渐成为供应链管理中炙手可热的话题。 特别是近年来国际和国内服饰品牌普遍面临巨大库存压力和增长乏力的困境,不少企业的运营面临较大的风险。本研究在参考国内外文献与理论分析的基础之上,结合M公司的实际情况,通过实证法和鱼骨图法科学诊断M服饰公司供应链的基本问题和状况,讨论分析M服饰公司供应链的风险因素,按照层次分析法的理论构建供应链风险评价的体系并进行两轮模糊德尔斐法专家调查以取得相对客观的评价指标,利用层次分析法来详尽分析专家的意见来评价供应链风险因素影响的严重度和风险发生的可能性;最后在综合分析基础上,用风险矩阵配合象限的方式呈现综合性风险分析结果。从而,有针对性的提出M服饰公司加强供应链风险管理的对策和措施,用于指导M服饰公司建立具备较强风险防控能力的供应链网络体系。 通过研究发现对M公司最有可能发生并对影响较大的的主要风险是:库存和高企的运营成本导致企业内部财务风险,质量控管不良,市场和产品预测失误,风控体系和机制不完善,预测、计划、采购、交付等信息不对称甚至错误,合作双方不对等关系和利益博弈,材料和成品的生产周期无法配合服饰销售规划和生产计划,代工工厂季节性产能限制这几个方面。据此,本文提出了综合性的对应的解决措施,期望能够综合性及动态性管理上述问题。 希望本文构建的M服饰公司供应链动态风险管理的框架,能提升了M服饰公司供应链的综合性风险防范能力。同时,对M服饰公司的远期规划和近期运营以及服饰行业的变革有参考价值。
[Abstract]:Under the current globalization and information tide, the whole enterprise supply chain is facing all kinds of challenges and risks all the time. The risk management of supply chain has gradually become a hot topic in supply chain management. Especially in recent years, international and domestic clothing brands generally face the huge inventory pressure and lack of growth, many enterprises are facing greater risks. On the basis of reference to domestic and foreign literature and theoretical analysis, this study, combined with the actual situation of M Company, scientifically diagnosed the basic problems and situation of supply chain of M Apparel Company by empirical method and fishbone map method. This paper discusses and analyzes the risk factors of the supply chain of M clothing Company, constructs the supply chain risk evaluation system according to the theory of Analytic hierarchy process, and carries out two rounds of fuzzy Delphi expert investigation to obtain the relatively objective evaluation index. AHP is used to analyze experts' opinions in detail to evaluate the severity of risk factors in supply chain and the possibility of risk occurrence. Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis, The results of comprehensive risk analysis are presented in the form of risk matrix and quadrant. Therefore, the countermeasures and measures to strengthen the supply chain risk management of M Apparel Company are put forward, which can be used to guide M Apparel Company to establish a supply chain network system with strong risk prevention and control ability. Through the research, it is found that the main risks that are most likely to happen to M Company and have a great impact on it are: inventory and high operating costs lead to internal financial risk, poor quality control, market and product prediction errors. The risk control system and mechanism are imperfect, prediction, planning, purchasing, delivery and other information asymmetry or even error, cooperation between the unequal relationship and benefit game, material and finished product production cycle can not match the clothing sales planning and production plan, Contract factory seasonal capacity constraints on these aspects. Based on this, this paper puts forward a comprehensive corresponding solution, and expects to manage the above problems comprehensively and dynamically. It is hoped that the framework of dynamic risk management in the supply chain of M Apparel Company will enhance the comprehensive risk prevention ability of the supply chain of M Apparel Company. At the same time, it has reference value for M garment company's long-term planning and short-term operation as well as the transformation of clothing industry.
