全球电信设备市场分析

【摘要】:电信设备市场是一个非常特别的行业,这个行业最大的特点是其提供的是一种全球同步部署的工业品,每个区域差异较小,而且这个行业提供的是经久耐用的产品,很少频繁更新或丢弃。宏观经济的缓慢复苏,以及产业链下游产生需求的运营商由于语音业务萎缩、3G规模建设期已过,4G刚开始陆续建设、诸多业务面临OTT竞争分流等压力,整体投资持续低迷,且后续将进入稳定微增时期,这些都对电信设备商形成了压力和挑战。电信设备市场已经从之前的利润丰厚逐渐转变为微利市场,设备商从八家甚至更多家发展到如今规模的五家。市场需求稳定、目标市场接近、产品差异化缩小、新技术持续研发投入等等,面临上述问题,这五家设备商如何在红海中竞争并且能够持续发展?后续格局如何变化?本文试图通过对宏观经济、产业政策对全球电信业的影响以及全球电信业的市场情况、新技术发展情况、各个设备商的企业战略、营销策略、产品投入等进行分析,找出市场需求特点,论证各企业的战略可行性及效果,探索新技术发展方向,从而对各企业竞争力进行评估,并给出相应建议。
[Abstract]:The telecommunications equipment market is a very special industry, and the biggest feature of this industry is that it offers a globally synchronized deployment of industrial products, with little variation in each region, and the industry offers durable products. Rarely frequently updated or discarded. The slow recovery of the macro economy, and the demand generated by operators downstream of the industrial chain, due to the decline of voice services and the beginning of the construction of 4G after the 3G scale construction period, many services are facing pressures such as OTT competition and diversion, and the overall investment is still in a doldrums. And the follow-up will enter a stable period of slight increase, these have formed the pressure and challenge to telecom equipment. The telecoms equipment market has gradually shifted from a lucrative market to a meagre one, with equipment makers growing from eight or more to five today. The market demand is stable, the target market is close, the product differentiation shrinks, the new technology continues to invest in R & D, and so on. Faced with the above problems, how can these five equipment manufacturers compete in the Red Sea and be able to continue to develop? How does the follow-up pattern change? This paper attempts to analyze the impact of macroeconomic, industrial policy on the global telecommunications industry, the market situation of the global telecommunications industry, the development of new technology, the enterprise strategy, marketing strategy, product investment, etc. To find out the characteristics of market demand, to demonstrate the strategic feasibility and effect of each enterprise, to explore the development direction of new technology, to evaluate the competitiveness of each enterprise, and to give some corresponding suggestions.
