XM公司员工满意度调查及提升对策研究

【摘要】:伴随着经济的快速发展,企业逐渐意识到员工满意度对企业的意义,加之80和90年代出生的员工成为人才市场的主力军,因为性格和家庭的原因,他们工作随意性较强,离职率较高,对工作环境的要求也日益提高。因此,企业更加重视员工的满意度,大部分企业选择员工满意度调查的方式对员工满意度的现状进行研究和分析,以提高员工的满意度,增强公司的凝聚力。本文结合XM公司实际,展开其员工满意度调查研究。 首先,本文提出了选题的背景和研究意义,并对员工满意度研究相关理论及方法进行了综述;其次,研究设计了XM公司员工满意度调查对象、方式及调查步骤,详尽设计了包含12个分类,41个问题的员工满意度调查问卷;然后,阐述了XM公司员工满意度调查问卷的回收情况,并对回收的问卷进行了统计和分析,基于员工敬业度模型理论,使用机会优先权重矩阵,得出了提高XM公司员工满意度的4个最佳机会;再之,根据分析得出的提高员工满意度的最佳机会,制定了具有针对性的提高员工满意度的行动计划,如制定《开门政策》,建立总裁热线和总裁信箱等15项行动计划,并严格地加以实施;最后对执行一年后的满意度提升效果做了简单分析。 通过对XM公司员工满意度调查的研究可以发现,员工满意度调查不仅可以帮助企业提高员工的满意度和士气,还能够帮助企业改善经营管理中存在的问题,为企业的发展指明方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy, enterprises gradually realize the significance of employee satisfaction to the enterprise. In addition, employees born in the 1980s and 1990s have become the main force in the talent market. Because of their personality and family reasons, they work at random. High turnover rate, the work environment is also increasingly demanding. Therefore, enterprises pay more attention to employee satisfaction, most enterprises choose the way of employee satisfaction survey to study and analyze the status quo of employee satisfaction, in order to improve employee satisfaction and enhance the cohesion of the company. Combined with the actual situation of XM Company, this paper carries out the investigation and research on its employee satisfaction. Firstly, this paper puts forward the background and significance of choosing the topic, and summarizes the related theories and methods of employee satisfaction research. Secondly, the research designs the object, method and steps of employee satisfaction investigation in XM Company. The employee satisfaction questionnaire, which includes 12 categories and 41 questions, is designed in detail. Then, the recovery of XM employee satisfaction questionnaire is expounded, and the collected questionnaire is analyzed. Based on the theory of employee engagement model and using the opportunity priority matrix, four best opportunities to improve the employee satisfaction of XM Company are obtained. Then, according to the analysis, the best opportunity to improve the employee satisfaction is obtained. Formulated a targeted action plan to improve employee satisfaction, such as the formulation of "open door policy", the establishment of the president's hotline and president's mailbox and other 15 action plans, and strictly implemented; Finally, a simple analysis is made on the effect of improvement of satisfaction after one year of implementation. Through the investigation of employee satisfaction in XM Company, it can be found that employee satisfaction survey can not only help enterprises improve their employees' satisfaction and morale, but also help enterprises to improve the problems existing in operation and management. To point out the direction for the development of enterprises.
