内蒙古工业企业可持续发展的“三废”排放研究

【摘要】:传统的企业生产和发展模式以消耗大量的资源和破坏环境为代价,在全球环境污染日益严重的形势下,倡导循环经济与可持续发展已成为新时代条件下企业变革与发展方向的大势所趋。 内蒙古资源丰富,有着大量的土地资源、矿产资源、森林资源、草地资源和动植物资源。然而,经济的发展使得生态环境面临的形势非常严峻,因此,研究内蒙古工业“三废”排放、制定循环型绿色发展战略,促进生态与经济、政治、社会、文化的协调发展对实现内蒙古生态文明建和工业发展具有重要的现实意义。 论文结合内蒙古工业“三废”的排放现状,深入研究了可持续发展相关理论,综合分析了“三废”的主要影响因素,以内蒙古工业各行业为研究对象对其进行归类,最后预测了未来内蒙古工业“三废”排放量。 本文对“三废”排放以及企业可持续发展相关理论和各种分析方法进行详细的研究。对内蒙古经济发展、工业“三废”排放量及工业“三废”治理现状进行分析,运用主成分分析方法对内蒙古“三废”排放现状进行综合分析评价,得出最近几年内蒙古对环境的治理力度远不能与污染程度相匹配,内蒙古的环境质量恶化严重。运用灰色关联分析进行内蒙古“三废”排放的影响因素分析,,得出,经济发展对内蒙古废水和废固的影响最大,煤耗对工业废气的影响最大,煤耗同时也对废水和废固有着很大的影响。用聚类分析的方法,对内蒙古工业各企业“三废”排放进行行业分类,根据经济效益与污染程度的不同,分为高经济效益低环境污染、高经济效益高环境污染、中经济效益高环境污染、中经济效益低环境污染、低经济效益低环境污染、低经济效益高环境污染6个类型。运用灰色预测对内蒙古工业企业“三废”排放量进行预测。根据上述的研究分析,结合可持续发展理论,提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:The traditional mode of enterprise production and development is at the cost of consuming a lot of resources and destroying the environment. Under the situation of global environmental pollution, it has become the trend of the trend of enterprise reform and development to advocate circular economy and sustainable development in the new era.
Inner Mongolia is rich in resources, has a large number of land resources, mineral resources, forest resources, grassland resources and animal and plant resources. However, the economic development makes the situation of the ecological environment very severe. Therefore, the study of the "three wastes" emission of Inner Mongolia industry, the development of a circular green development strategy, and the promotion of ecology and economy, politics, society and culture. The coordinated development is of great practical significance to the realization of Inner Mongolia's ecological civilization and industrial development.
Combined with the current emission status of "three wastes" in Inner Mongolia industry, the paper deeply studies the related theories of sustainable development, analyzes the main influencing factors of the "three wastes", and classifies the industry in Inner Mongolia industry as the research object, and finally predicts the emission of "three wastes" in the future industry of Inner Mongolia industry.
This paper makes a detailed study on the theory of "three wastes" emission and the relevant theories and various analytical methods of the sustainable development of the enterprises. This paper analyzes the economic development of Inner Mongolia, the industrial "three wastes" emission and the status of the industrial "three wastes" treatment, and uses the principal component analysis method to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the current status of the "three wastes" in Inner Mongolia. Inner Mongolia's environmental governance in recent years can not match the pollution level, and the environmental quality of Inner Mongolia is worse. The influence factors of the "three wastes" emission in Inner Mongolia are analyzed by grey correlation analysis. It is concluded that the economic development has the greatest impact on the waste water and waste solid in Inner Mongolia, and the coal consumption has the greatest impact on the industrial waste gas. Coal consumption also has a great influence on waste water and waste. Using cluster analysis, the industrial classification of "three wastes" in Inner Mongolia industrial enterprises is classified. According to the difference between economic benefit and pollution degree, it is divided into high economic efficiency and low environmental pollution, high economic efficiency and high environmental pollution, high environmental pollution in middle economy and economic efficiency. Low environmental pollution, low economic efficiency and low environmental pollution, low economic efficiency and high environmental pollution are 6 types. Grey prediction is used to predict the emission of "three wastes" in Inner Mongolia industrial enterprises. According to the above analysis, the corresponding suggestions are put forward in combination with the theory of sustainable development.
