李尔长安公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放以及加入WTO,中国经济经历了十多年的高速发展,作为国民经济支柱产业的汽车产业也发生了翻天覆地的变化,同时带动了汽车零部件行业的迅速发展.巨大的市场潜力吸引了全球汽车产业的跨国企业争先恐后的来到中国以各种方式进行投资合作,形成了激烈的市场竞争形势。在2008年的全球金融危机之后,中国经济却保持持续增长的势头,中国汽车产业也呈现蓬勃增长趋势,,中国市场已经成为各汽车整车及零部件跨国企业的关键市场。而如何在中国市场获取更大的市场份额和利润也成为各跨国企业研究的重要课题。 作为本文研究对象的李尔长安(重庆)汽车系统有限责任公司(以下简称李尔长安公司)在经历快速发展的同时,面临着越来越复杂的竞争环境、不确定性和不断增加的风险。如何应对内外部环境的变化,在激烈的市场竞争中持续发展;如何根据企业自身资源优势和能力,扭转劣势,迎接挑战,抓住汽车零部件行业良好的发展机会来制定适合企业发展的战略;选择怎样的途径来实施发展战略达成战略目标,这些都是李尔长安在持续思考和解决的问题。 本文对李尔长安公司的发展战略进行了深入分析,并试图揭示发展的内外部动因。 本文通过PEST环境分析和汽车行业以及汽车零部件行业分析以及进一步对汽车座椅行业的分析,对企业所处的宏观和外部环境进行扫描,判断其机会和威胁;通过企业内部优势资源以及能力分析来明确企业在竞争中所具有的优势和劣势:通过SWOT战略分析,综合考虑内外部环境,匹配出公司总体发展战略。同时,文章结合企业自身实际,指明了达成战略目标的途径,提出了战略控制的方法。
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening up and China's entry into WTO, China's economy has experienced a rapid development for more than a decade. The automobile industry, as the pillar industry of the national economy, has also undergone earth-shaking changes, which has also led to the rapid development of the auto parts industry. The huge market potential has attracted the global automobile industry multinational enterprises to come to China in various ways to carry on the investment cooperation, has formed the intense market competition situation. After the global financial crisis in 2008, China's economy has maintained the momentum of sustained growth, the Chinese auto industry is also showing a trend of vigorous growth, the Chinese market has become a key market for automobile and parts multinational companies. How to gain more market share and profit in Chinese market has also become an important research topic for multinational enterprises. As the research object of this paper, Lear Changan (Chongqing) Automotive system Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lear Changan Company) is facing more and more complex competitive environment, uncertainty and increasing risks. How to cope with the change of internal and external environment, how to develop continuously in the fierce market competition, how to reverse the inferiority and meet the challenge according to the advantage and ability of the enterprise's own resources, Grasping the good development opportunity of auto parts industry to make the strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise, and choosing what way to implement the development strategy to achieve the strategic goal, these are the problems that Lear Chang'an is thinking and solving continuously. This paper analyzes the development strategy of Lear Changan Company, and tries to reveal the internal and external causes of the development. Through the analysis of PEST environment, automobile industry and auto parts industry, and the further analysis of automobile seat industry, this paper scans the macro and external environment of the enterprise, and judges its opportunity and threat. The advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise in the competition are defined through the analysis of the internal advantage resources and the capability. The overall development strategy of the company is matched by the SWOT strategic analysis and the comprehensive consideration of the internal and external environment. At the same time, the paper points out the way to reach the strategic goal and puts forward the method of strategic control.
