基于商业模式创新的制造业服务化的研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术与经济全球化的发展,以产品生产为主的制造型企业与终端客户的距离逐渐缩小。满足顾客服务需求成为服务型企业和制造型企业的共同目标,服务企业和制造企业之间不再有明显的界限。为适应新经济形势下的发展要求,全球的制造型企业纷纷开始向服务业转型,提供产品不在是制造业的唯一价值来源,传统的制造业在提供产品的同时开始寻求增值服务的价值。制造业逐步开始实现以“产品为中心”到“以服务为中心”的战略转型,制造业服务化已成为制造业发展的重要趋势。服务化已成为众多跨国公司的主要价值来源,而我国的制造企业仍未摆脱低附加值、高能耗、低层次的生产模式,制造业服务化是我国由“制造业大国’转向‘制造业强国”的关键所在。制造业服务化要求制造业和服务业相互促进、相互融合共同发展,是对制造业盈利模式的创新,因此,本文试图从商业模式创新的视角来研究制造业服务化。制造业服务化和商业模式创新是组织领域研究的重要主题,也是企业实践的重要理论基础,但尚未有学者从商业模式创新视角去分析制造业的服务化。商业模式创新指企业通过创新的方式整合生产要素从而获取企业利润的经营系统,因此,商业模式是分析企业价值来源的重要视角,基于此,本文试图从商业模式创新视角来分析制造业盈利的新趋势——制造业服务化。本文主要从商业模式创新视角出发,研究了制造业服务化的相关问题。为此,我们首先对商业模式创新以及制造业服务化的相关文献进行了梳理,在理论梳理、研读的基础之上,本文提出了基于商业模式创新视角的制造业服务化研究议题,为了更深入的理解商业模式创新视角的制造业服务化实践,本文选取了IBM公司进行案例分析。通过理论和案例分析,本文发现基于商业模式创新的制造业服务化主要包括两条路劲:一是基于势能模式创新的制造业服务化,二是基于溢价模式创新的制造业服务化。本研究同时也探讨了制造业服务化过程可能存在的一些障碍,最后,针对本文的研究结论为制造业的服务化实践提供了相关的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and economic globalization, the distance between manufacturing enterprises and terminal customers is gradually reduced. To meet the customer service demand has become the common goal of service enterprises and manufacturing enterprises, and there is no obvious boundary between service enterprises and manufacturing enterprises. In order to meet the development requirements of the new economic situation, manufacturing enterprises around the world have begun to transform into service industries, and providing products is not the only value source of manufacturing. The traditional manufacturing industry began to seek the value of value-added services while providing products. The manufacturing industry has gradually begun to realize the strategic transition from "product-centered" to "service-centered", and the service-oriented manufacturing industry has become an important trend in the development of manufacturing industry. Service has become the main value source of many multinational corporations, but the manufacturing enterprises in our country have not got rid of the low value-added, high energy consumption and low level production mode. The service of manufacturing industry is the key of our country's transition from "big manufacturing country" to "manufacturing power". The service-oriented manufacturing industry requires that the manufacturing industry and the service industry promote each other and develop together, which is the innovation of the profit model of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, this paper attempts to study the service-oriented manufacturing industry from the perspective of the innovation of the business model. Service and business model innovation of manufacturing industry is an important topic in the field of organization and also an important theoretical basis of enterprise practice. However, no scholars have analyzed the service of manufacturing industry from the perspective of business model innovation. Business model innovation refers to the business system in which the enterprise integrates the production factors to obtain the profit through the innovative way. Therefore, the business model is an important angle of view to analyze the source of enterprise value, based on this, This paper tries to analyze the new trend of manufacturing profit from the perspective of business model innovation. From the perspective of business model innovation, this paper studies the service-oriented manufacturing industry. Therefore, first of all, we comb the relevant documents of business model innovation and manufacturing service-oriented. On the basis of theoretical review and study, this paper puts forward the research topic of manufacturing service-oriented based on the perspective of business model innovation. In order to understand the manufacturing service practice from the perspective of business model innovation, this paper chooses IBM as a case study. Through theory and case analysis, this paper finds that the service-oriented manufacturing industry based on business model innovation mainly includes two ways: one is service-oriented manufacturing based on potential energy mode innovation, the other is service-oriented manufacturing industry based on premium model innovation. At the same time, this study also discusses some possible obstacles in the process of service-oriented manufacturing industry. Finally, the conclusions of this paper provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the service-oriented practice of manufacturing industry.
