F公司第三热电厂一线生产人员激励机制问题与对策研究

【摘要】:当今知识经济时代,企业必须把人力资源作为第一资源,才能使其在复杂多变的竞争环境中稳定发展。日益激烈的国际国内市场竞争,最根本的竞争其实是企业人力资本的竞争。建立适合的、有效的员工激励机制是企业人力资源管理的核心问题。激励机制问题直接影响员工的工作态度、效率,以及约束了企业的持续发展。激励已作为开发和管理人力资源的一个主要手段被众多企业所运用。一线生产人员是企业发展的坚实基础,是企业生产和经营正常运转的重要保障,是企业利润的直接创造者。建立一个符合热电行业发展,针对企业本身特点的,以生产一线员工为对象研究的激励机制,是企业日常工作正常运行的坚实基础,也是企业适应经济发展的基本保障。 本文以F公司第三热电厂一线生产人员激励机制作为研究对象,结合相关理论依据,设计激励机制相关问题问卷,通过问卷结果进行调查研究,了解员工对激励机制的满意度,以及提出意见和建议进行总结,,从而针对性的解决问题、改进机制。在对企业员工问卷调查的基础上,首先分析研究F公司第三热电厂一线生产人员的激励机制现状,然后主要从薪酬制度、绩效考核、员工培训体系以及企业文化四个方面进行研究,发现其中存在的问题及原因,针对性的对F公司第三热电厂一线生产人员激励机制提出具体优化措施。希望通过此次研究,能够帮助企业经营者完善F公司第三热电厂一线生产人员激励机制。从而形成一套切合实际、符合企业特点的激励机制,以此推动F公司第三热电厂不断完善及建立健全一线生产人员激励机制,对F公司第三热电厂一线生产人员激励工作具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises must regard human resources as the first resource in order to make them develop stably in the complex and changeable competitive environment. Increasingly fierce international and domestic market competition, the most fundamental competition is actually the competition of human capital. It is the core problem of human resource management to establish suitable and effective employee incentive mechanism. The incentive mechanism directly affects the employee's working attitude, efficiency and the sustainable development of the enterprise. Incentive has been used by many enterprises as a main means to develop and manage human resources. First-line production personnel are the solid foundation of enterprise development, the important guarantee of normal operation of enterprise production and management, and the direct creator of enterprise profit. The establishment of an incentive mechanism which is in line with the development of the thermal power industry and aims at the characteristics of the enterprises and studies the workers in the front line of production is the solid foundation for the normal operation of the daily work of the enterprises and the basic guarantee for the enterprises to adapt to the economic development. This paper takes the incentive mechanism of the front-line production personnel of the third thermal power plant of F Company as the research object, designs the questionnaire of the incentive mechanism related to the incentive mechanism, and through the results of the questionnaire, studies the employee's satisfaction with the incentive mechanism. And puts forward the opinion and the suggestion carries on the summary, thus pertinently solves the question, the improvement mechanism. On the basis of the questionnaire survey of enterprise employees, this paper first analyzes and studies the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the front-line production personnel in the third thermal power plant of F Company, and then mainly from the pay system, performance appraisal, Four aspects of employee training system and corporate culture are studied to find out the existing problems and reasons and to put forward specific optimization measures for the incentive mechanism of the front-line production personnel in the third thermal power plant of F Company. Through this research, we hope to help the enterprise operators to perfect the incentive mechanism of the third thermal power plant. In order to form a set of practical and enterprise characteristics of the incentive mechanism, so as to promote the F Company's third thermal power plant to constantly improve and establish and improve the first-line production personnel incentive mechanism, It has certain guiding significance to the first line production staff incentive work of the third thermal power plant of F Company.
