生产者服务品进口的技术含量与中国制造业的效率

【摘要】：服务贸易可以作为获得高级要素的重要途径,进而影响到制造业效率的提升。本文采用最新测度生产者服务进口技术含量的方法,估算了2001-2012年我国生产者服务进口的技术含量水平,分析了生产者服务进口促进制造业效率提升的内在机理,并运用28个细分行业的面板数据进行了实证检验。结果表明:第一,从总体上看,生产者服务进口技术含量的提升可以促进我国制造业的效率;第二,从生产者服务进口分项层面上看,生产者服务进口技术含量越高的部门对我国制造业效率提升的促进作用越明显;第三,从具有不同要素密集度特征的分行业层面来看,生产者服务品进口的技术含量对技术密集型行业的影响最大,其次是资本密集型行业,最后是劳动密集型行业。
[Abstract]:The service trade can be an important way to obtain the advanced elements, and then affect the improvement of the efficiency of the manufacturing industry. In this paper, the latest measure of the import technology content of the producer services is adopted to estimate the technical level of the producer service import in China for 2001-2012 years. On the basis of the mechanism, and using the panel data of 28 segments to carry out an empirical test, the results show that: first, in general, the improvement of the technical content of the producer services import can promote the efficiency of our manufacturing industry. Second, from the point of the import of producer services, the higher the import technology content of the producer services to our country system The more significant the promotion effect of manufacturing efficiency increases; third, from the sub industry level with the characteristics of different factor density, the technical content of producer services imports has the greatest impact on the technology intensive industry, followed by the capital intensive industry, and the last is the labor intensive industry.
