【摘要】:食品工业在我国国民经济中起着重要的作用,它既是我国的支柱产业,也是富民产业,既是朝阳产业,也是污染相对小的产业。方便食品制造业以其产品便利性的特点,顺应了人们生活方式转变,成为食品工业中最有活力和发展前景的产业之一。 本文通过建立方便食品制造业竞争力评价指标体系,运用聚类分析法和熵权法对河北、河南、山东三省方便食品制造业进行综合竞争力的评价。本文所建立的指标体系包含实力竞争力和潜力竞争力两个一级指标;其中实力竞争力包括规模竞争力、获利竞争力、成长竞争力、效率竞争力四个二级指标;潜力竞争力除创新竞争力外,还在前人研究的基础上,引入食品安全竞争力和环境竞争力两个二级指标;综合得出河北省方便食品制造业竞争力略低于山东,但与河南省存在较大差距的结论。为了进一步发现河北省的根本问题,又对三省方便食品制造业从企业和产品角度进行深层次的分析。最终总结出河北省方便食品制造业存在以下方面的问题:方便食品产业产值低,企业数量少、规模小、品牌优势不明显;方便食品企业产品成本控制差,价格优势不明显,,企业投资效益低;方便食品企业创新投入少,产品升级周期比较长,创新成果少;方便食品产业结构不合理,产品品类不健全;对河北省的优越的地理位置、丰富的农产品资源利用不到位;食品安全虽然相对于河南山东稍有优势,但仍需提高食品安全的水平;环境方面有待改善,减少污染物的排放。 本文最后对河北省方便食品制造业存在的问题,分别从政府层面和企业层面有针对性的提出了提升竞争力的建议。政府层面的建议主要有:政府加强对方便食品产业的重视,提供政策支持,加强资金投入;做好产业布局和产业规划,促进方便食品产业园区的建设,积极培育龙头企业;走特色小吃工业化道路,发展一批竞争力强劲的对外出口企业;做好食品安全控制监督体系,严格把控食品安全;加强监管,为企业营造良好的减排减污竞争机制。企业层面的建议主要包括:加强对食品企业的成本控制,提高资金利用率;注重食品科技的创新;企业自身注重品牌的培育;加强对食品安全的控制;加强环保意识,提高对污染物的净化,可把环境保护作为企业文化来宣扬。
[Abstract]:Food industry plays an important role in the national economy of our country. It is not only the pillar industry of our country, but also the industry of enriching the people, it is not only the sunrise industry, but also the industry with relatively small pollution. The convenience food manufacturing industry is one of the most dynamic and developing industries in the food industry because of its characteristics of convenience, which conforms to the change of people's lifestyle and becomes one of the most dynamic and promising industries in the food industry. In this paper, the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of convenient food manufacturing industry is established, and the comprehensive competitiveness of convenient food manufacturing industry in Hebei, Henan and Shandong provinces is evaluated by cluster analysis and entropy weight method. The index system established in this paper includes two primary indexes: strength competitiveness and potential competitiveness, among which the strength competitiveness includes four secondary indexes: scale competitiveness, profit competitiveness, growth competitiveness and efficiency competitiveness. In addition to innovative competitiveness, the potential competitiveness is based on previous studies, introducing two secondary indicators of food safety competitiveness and environmental competitiveness, and synthesizing that the competitiveness of Hebei Province's convenient food manufacturing industry is slightly lower than that of Shandong Province. But there is a big gap with Henan Province. In order to find out the fundamental problems of Hebei Province, the paper makes a deep analysis of the three provinces' convenient food manufacturing industry from the angle of enterprises and products. Finally summed up the following problems in the convenient food manufacturing industry in Hebei Province: the production value of convenience food industry is low, the number of enterprises is small, the scale is small, the brand advantage is not obvious, the cost control of convenient food enterprises is poor, and the price advantage is not obvious. The investment benefit of enterprise is low; the innovation investment of convenience food enterprise is less, the product upgrade period is longer, the innovation result is less; the industrial structure of convenient food is unreasonable, the product category is not perfect; the superior geographical position for Hebei Province, The abundant agricultural product resources are not utilized in place; although the food safety is slightly superior to that of Henan and Shandong, the level of food safety still needs to be improved, and the environment needs to be improved to reduce the emission of pollutants. At the end of this paper, the problems of convenient food manufacturing industry in Hebei Province are discussed, and some suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness are put forward from the government level and the enterprise level. The suggestions at the government level are as follows: the government should pay more attention to the convenience food industry, provide policy support, strengthen the capital input, do well the industrial layout and industrial planning, promote the construction of the convenient food industry park, and cultivate the leading enterprises actively; Take the road of industrialization of characteristic snacks, develop a group of competitive foreign export enterprises; do a good food safety control and supervision system, strictly control food safety; strengthen supervision, create a good emission reduction and pollution reduction competition mechanism for enterprises. The suggestions at the enterprise level mainly include: strengthening the cost control to the food enterprises, improving the utilization rate of funds; paying attention to the innovation of the food science and technology; the enterprises themselves paying attention to the cultivation of the brand; strengthening the control of the food safety; strengthening the consciousness of environmental protection. Improve the purification of pollutants, environmental protection as corporate culture to promote.
