电力营销稽查监控系统的设计与应用

【摘要】:电力营销稽查是营销工作中的重要环节,它能够规避营销过程中的相关差错及企业的经营漏洞,维护用电秩序,保护人民群众用电利益,也有利于加强企业内部管理,提高工作效率。目前,现有营销监控资源分散,营销稽查主题并未涵盖营销全业务,稽查业务的开展多为事后稽查,造成经营管理上存在很大漏洞,企业跑冒滴漏现象严重,使企业蒙受很大经济损失。因而,营销稽查迫切需要整合现有营销监控资源,增强营销稽查管控力度,建立统一的营销稽查组织模式和管理体系、创建统一的业务模型和标准化业务流程,建设集中、统一、精益、高效的营销稽查监控体系,统筹解决当前稽查监控体系不完善、监控资源分散、对关键节点和指标的过程管控不到位等问题。 本论文结合廊坊供电公司实施营销稽查监控系统的实践经验,对电力营销稽查监控系统的现状、设计及应用情况展开分析。论文从国内外电力用户营销稽查工作开展情况出发,分析营销稽查工作现状,指出原有营销业务应用系统中稽查模块由于没有与其他系统做接口,导致系统监控主题不全面且不能进行实时业务监控的弊端,而且系统存在缺乏分析统计功能、稽查业务监控界面不直观,操作起来很复杂等功能及业务应用缺陷。因此,论文在进行需求分析及可行性分析之后,对营销稽查监控体系的模式进行设计。首先对体系的业务需求进行优化、体系的数据流程进行设计、然后对体系的总体框架进行设计,最后对体系的功能及流程进行详细设计。系统应用后将能够解决原有稽查工作中存在的各种问题,并且在营销业务及其它专业上得到广泛应用。营销稽查监控体系的应用也能够给供电企业带来管理效益和经济效益。 电力营销稽查监控系统实现了营销监控资源的整合,实现了营销业务和客户服务全过程、实时化、集中式稽查监控,提高了稽查工作的广度和深度,提升了营销全业务工作质量,提高了企业内部的管理水平,并为企业增加了可观的经济效益。因此,建设营销稽查监控系统势在必行。
[Abstract]:Electric power marketing audit is an important link in marketing work. It can avoid the related mistakes in the marketing process and the operating loopholes of enterprises, maintain the order of electricity consumption, protect the interests of the people, and also help to strengthen the internal management of enterprises. Improve working efficiency. At present, the existing resources of marketing monitoring are scattered, the subject of marketing audit does not cover the whole marketing business, and most of the audit business is carried out after the audit, which results in the existence of great loopholes in the management and the serious phenomenon of the enterprises. Make the enterprise suffer a lot of economic loss. Therefore, the marketing audit urgently needs to integrate the existing marketing monitoring resources, strengthen the management and control of the marketing audit, establish a unified organizational model and management system of marketing audit, create a unified business model and standardized business process, and build concentration. Unified, lean, efficient marketing audit monitoring system, as a whole to solve the current audit monitoring system is not perfect, monitoring resources scattered, key nodes and indicators of the process control is not in place. This paper analyzes the current situation, design and application of the power marketing audit monitoring system based on the practical experience of Langfang Power supply Company. This paper analyzes the current situation of marketing audit from domestic and international electric power users, and points out that the audit module in the original marketing business application system has no interface with other systems. As a result, the monitoring subject is not comprehensive and can not carry out real-time business monitoring. Moreover, the system lacks the function of analysis and statistics, the monitoring interface of audit business is not intuitive, the operation is very complex, and so on. Therefore, after the requirement analysis and feasibility analysis, the model of marketing audit monitoring system is designed. First, the business requirements of the system are optimized, the data flow of the system is designed, then the overall framework of the system is designed. Finally, the function and process of the system are designed in detail. After application, the system will be able to solve the problems existing in the original audit work, and it will be widely used in marketing and other professions. The application of marketing audit monitoring system can also bring management and economic benefits to power supply enterprises. The electric power marketing audit monitoring system realizes the integration of marketing monitoring resources, the whole process of marketing business and customer service, real-time, centralized inspection and monitoring, and improves the breadth and depth of the audit work. It improves the quality of the whole business of marketing, improves the internal management level of the enterprise, and increases the considerable economic benefit for the enterprise. Therefore, the construction of marketing audit monitoring system is imperative.
