医药企业库存管理控制策略研究

【摘要】：RFID技术作为新一代的信息技术，在不同的行业中已经逐渐的引起了重视，它具有一般识别技术所无法比拟的优势：存储空间大、识别效果不受环境影响、可一次读取多个物品等。医药行业中，药物标识的内容较为复杂，信息量也十分庞大。而且，目前手动数据输入时与客户的交互性不能得到体现、错误率高、速度慢、效率也十分低下。要让企业适应现在高速的发展速度，必须对现有的库存管理系统进行一定的改进。首先，通过分析现在一般企业库存与医药库存之间的联系与区别，明确了目前医药库存主要存在的一些问题和主要流程，以及影响医药库存的主要因素。其次，通过ABC分类法和VED分类法归纳出一种新的药品分类方法。即ABC-VED矩阵分类法。这种分类方法既考虑到了药品在管理费用中所占的比例，同时也考虑到了某些药品在管理费用比例很高的情况下同时也十分的不可或缺。最后，将ABC-VED矩阵分类法和RFID技术同时引入到医药库存的管理设计中，，对医药库存的标签管理、入库分析、出库分析、在库盘点等流程一一进行一些改进的设计，最终总结出医药库存管理系统的总体改进方案。
[Abstract]:As a new generation of information technology, RFID technology has been paid more and more attention in different industries. It has the advantages that the general identification technology can not compare: large storage space, the recognition effect is not affected by the environment. Can read multiple items at a time, etc. In the pharmaceutical industry, the content of drug marking is more complex, and the amount of information is very large. Moreover, the interaction between manual data input and customers can not be reflected, the error rate is high, the speed is slow, and the efficiency is very low. The existing inventory management system must be improved in order to make enterprises adapt to the high speed of development. First of all, by analyzing the relationship and difference between the general enterprise inventory and the medical inventory, this paper clarifies some main problems and main processes of the current medical inventory, and the main factors affecting the medical inventory. Secondly, a new drug classification method is concluded by ABC classification and VED classification. That is, ABC-VED matrix classification. This classification method not only takes into account the proportion of drugs in the administrative expenses, but also takes into account the fact that some drugs are indispensable when the proportion of administrative expenses is very high. Finally, the ABC-VED matrix classification method and RFID technology are introduced into the medical inventory management design at the same time. Finally, the overall improvement scheme of pharmaceutical inventory management system is summarized.
