【摘要】：正2015年1月5日,上海市政府发文同意组建上海石油天然气交易中心。这意味着,由新华社联手多家上下游企业,旨在争取亚洲石油天然气交易定价权的中国版Henry Hub,已进入正式组建阶段。交易中心未来将建立石油天然气交易、交收、结算平台和网络服务体系。前期重点是组织安排天然气、成品油的现货交易。后期将根据天然气商品本身及天然气贸易、储存和运输的特殊性,逐步发展适合天然气特点的、符合国际市场天然气贸易惯例的交易
[Abstract]:On January 5, 2015, the Shanghai municipal government approved the establishment of the Shanghai Oil and Gas Trading Center. This means that the Chinese version of Henry Hubble, which is a joint venture between Xinhua and a number of upstream and downstream companies, is now in the official stage of formation in an effort to secure pricing rights for Asian oil and gas deals. The trading center will set up oil and gas trading, settlement, settlement platform and network service system in the future. The early focus is to organize the arrangement of natural gas, oil products spot transactions. In the latter stage, according to the particularity of natural gas commodity itself and the trade, storage and transportation of natural gas, the transaction which is suitable for the characteristics of natural gas and conforms to the natural gas trade practice in the international market will be developed step by step.
