【摘要】:中外合资企业由中外投资者共同出资建立,在我国实行市场经济以来,其在税收、经营上一直受到我国政府的各项照顾政策,中外合资企业也因此与民营企业、国有企业不在一个起跑线上,在一样的经营状况下,中外合资企业能够取得更大的收益。本文通过中瑞合资的科莱恩公司的实际例子,对化工类中外合资企业的经营特点及所面临的市场新形势进行全面的分析,提出企业在经营发展中应采取的正确战略与战术,并为企业的发展给出良好的策略。 本文通过文献分析法和理论与实践结合分析法,根据本选题所针对的研究方向,结合科莱恩公司公司的发展规律,从市场和企业的角度,运用市场营销学,SWOT分析方法,通过理论与实证相结合的研究方法对本文进行研究。 本文研究内容包括:绪论部分,阐述了本文研究的背景和意义,并对本文研究的内容和研究方法进行介绍;理论与国内外研究综述,,包括对合资企业,战略及战略管理的概念界定,对国内外企业战略管理研究综述,包括理论研究情况,发展趋势和研究现状;我国中外合资化工企业战略选择与实施,对中外合资化工企业SWOT矩阵匹配进行分析,并介绍了中外合资化工企业的战略选择;科莱恩公司SWOT战略模型分析,在分析了科莱恩公司内外部环境的基础上,对科莱恩公司的SWOT矩阵进行分析;科莱恩公司发展战略完善建议,公司发展战略现状分析,提出完善科莱恩公司公司发展战略和公司战略实施保障。 本文的研究结论为:中外合资化工企业战略选择包括:专业化经营战略、财务、人才、信息化战略、管理、科技创新战略、企业文化品牌战略和联盟战略;战略实施的保障有组织保障和资源保障,战略绩效评价可以通过平衡计分卡来进行;通过对科莱恩公司内外部环境分析,对科莱恩公司的SWOT矩阵模型进行分析,发现,科莱恩公司在发展中存在机遇,也有挑战,具有优势也有劣势;基于以上分析,对科莱恩公司提出发展战略的改善建议,如扩大产能,抢占市场份额、积极的产品组合和信息战略机制、财务发展战略和建立与可再生原材料供应商的战略同盟,保障战略实施的措施有,人力资源保障和绩效评价的保障。
[Abstract]:Sino-foreign joint ventures are jointly funded by Chinese and foreign investors. Since the implementation of the market economy in china, they have been under the care of the Chinese government in terms of tax revenue and operation. As a result, china-foreign joint ventures have also worked with private enterprises State-owned enterprises are not at the same starting line, and under the same operating conditions, joint ventures can make greater profits. Through the actual example of Clariant Company, a Sino-Swiss joint venture, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the management characteristics and the new market situation faced by the Sino-foreign joint venture of chemical industry, and puts forward the correct strategy and tactics that should be adopted by the enterprise in the course of operation and development. And give a good strategy for the development of enterprises. This article through the literature analysis method and the theory and the practice union analysis method, according to the research direction which this topic chooses, unifies the Clariant company's development rule, from the market and the enterprise angle, uses the marketing science to study the SWOT analysis method, Through the combination of theory and empirical research methods to study this paper. The research contents of this paper include: introduction, the background and significance of this study, and the introduction of the content and research methods of this paper; the theoretical and domestic and foreign research review, including the joint venture, The concept of strategy and strategic management is defined, and the research on strategic management of domestic and foreign enterprises is summarized, including theoretical research, development trend and present situation, strategic choice and implementation of Sino-foreign joint venture chemical enterprises in China. The SWOT matrix matching of Sino-foreign joint venture chemical enterprises is analyzed, and the strategic choice of Sino-foreign joint venture chemical enterprises is introduced. The SWOT strategic model of Clariant Company is analyzed, and the internal and external environment of Clariant Company is analyzed. Based on the analysis of Clariant's SWOT matrix, the suggestions of Clariant's development strategy, the present situation of the company's development strategy, the improvement of Clariant's development strategy and the implementation of the company's strategy are put forward. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: the strategic choice of Sino-foreign joint venture chemical enterprises includes: specialized management strategy, finance, talent, information strategy, management, scientific and technological innovation strategy, corporate culture brand strategy and alliance strategy; The strategic performance evaluation can be carried out by balanced scorecard. By analyzing the internal and external environment of Clariant Company, the SWOT matrix model of Clariant Company is analyzed. Clariant has opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages in its development. Based on the above analysis, Clariant puts forward suggestions for improvement of its development strategy, such as expanding production capacity and seizing market share. Positive product mix and information strategy mechanism, financial development strategy and strategic alliance with renewable raw material suppliers, measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy, human resources guarantee and performance evaluation guarantee.
