孤岛采油厂井下作业精细化管理研究

【摘要】：精细化管理是一种先进的管理方法,目前,在国内外理论研究和实践应用方面,已经取得了丰硕成果,精细化管理已成为形势发展的客观要求。井下作业是油田开发工作的重要环节,其目标是保持油水井高质长效运行。从现实情况看,孤岛采油厂井下作业运行中还存在一些粗放式管理的现象。审视问题的根源,既有来自运行环境的制约,又有内部管理的缺失。引入精细化管理,寻求破解的方法,具有重要的现实意义。结合孤岛采油厂井下作业管理现状,运用精细化管理理论,从源头入手,进行系统思考、科学设计。在建立模型、设计体系的基础上,科学量化流程节点,形成孤岛采油厂井下作业精细化管理方案并加以实施。从实施效果上看,各项作业指标呈现良好态势,作业管理水平显著提升。实践证明,孤岛采油厂井下作业精细化管理的方案是可行的。精细化管理是一项长期的、不断改进的方法。就目前孤岛采油厂的实际来看,尚有需要完善与提高的方面,有待于进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Fine management is an advanced management method. At present, great achievements have been made in the theoretical research and practical application at home and abroad, and fine management has become the objective requirement of the development of the situation. Downhole operation is an important part of oilfield development, and its goal is to maintain high quality and long-term operation of oil-water wells. From the reality, there are some extensive management phenomena in the downhole operation of Gudao Oil production Plant. Examine the root of the problem, both from the operational environment constraints, but also the lack of internal management. It is of great practical significance to introduce fine management and seek the method of cracking. Combined with the present situation of underground operation management in Gudao Oil production Plant, the detailed management theory is used to carry out systematic thinking and scientific design from the source. On the basis of establishing model and designing system, the scientific quantification process node is established to form the fine management scheme of downhole operation in Gudao Oil production Plant and to implement it. From the implementation effect, the operational indicators show a good situation, the level of operational management significantly improved. The practice proves that the scheme of fine management of downhole operation in Gudao Oil production Plant is feasible. Fine management is a long-term, constantly improving method. In view of the actual situation of Gudao Oil production Plant at present, there are still some aspects that need to be improved and improved, which need to be further studied.
