制造型T企业业务改进计划及实践

【摘要】:本文通过对小型制造企业T公司的问题分析,探讨了中小型制造类企业管理改进的若干问题;引入了企业五资产分析的概念,阐述了小型制造类企业管理改进方向及对应方法。作为占制造企业绝大多数的小型制造企业,由于人员素质,发展环境,装备水平的限制,在原有的依靠廉价劳动力,资源掠夺式发展的背景下,没能受益于先进制造管理理论的有益指导,在现今社会的工业化,信息化,智能化的大发展前提下,逐渐显现出经营困难的状况,运用先进的管理理论,结合小型制造公司的管理实践,进行管理的改善探索是非常必要的。而且由此产生的市场竞争态势的变化,也倒逼小型制造企业进行管理业务改善,以适应市场需求。论文根据T公司的运营状况,进行了渐进的管理改善探索。通过建立改善推进组织,寻求公司的上层支持,开展了业务改善实施策划、业务改善推进准备、5S基础改善、管理效率改善以及管理标准化项目推进等工作,对小型制造企业改变现有的低水平发展状况、提升管理水平具有重要的指导借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problems of small manufacturing company T Company, this paper discusses some problems in the management improvement of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, introduces the concept of five assets analysis of enterprises, and expounds the direction and corresponding methods of management improvement for small manufacturing enterprises. As a small manufacturing enterprise that accounts for the vast majority of manufacturing enterprises, due to the limitations of personnel quality, development environment and equipment level, under the original background of relying on cheap labor and resource predatory development, Unable to benefit from the beneficial guidance of the advanced manufacturing management theory, under the premise of the industrialization, information and intelligence of today's society, the situation of management difficulties is gradually revealed, and advanced management theories are used. Combined with the management practice of small manufacturing companies, it is necessary to explore the improvement of management. Moreover, the change of market competition has forced small manufacturing enterprises to improve their management business to meet the market demand. According to the operating condition of T Company, the paper carries on the gradual management improvement exploration. Through establishing the improvement organization and seeking the support of the company, we have carried out the business improvement implementation planning, the business improvement promotion preparation and the foundation improvement of 5S, the management efficiency improvement and the management standardization project promotion and so on. It has important guiding value for small manufacturing enterprises to change the current low level development and improve the management level.
