大庆油田第一采油厂ERP应用效果及提升对策研究

【摘要】:ERP系统是规范企业资源管理、全面提升企业管理水平的重要工具,该类系统在许多企业已经得到了广泛应用。为了实现引入该系统的目标,必须将该系统有效地与企业实际相结合,同时创造有利的条件,使系统功能得到充分发挥。而且,,企业一旦引入ERP后,为使ERP系统对企业生产经营产生促进作用,必须在系统的应用过程中不断完善,以实现系统运行的集成化、业务流程合理化和管理改善持续化。 本文依据管理信息系统尤其是ERP的相关理论知识,通过对大庆油田采油一厂ERP系统的引入和应用状况的实际调查,对大庆油田第一采油厂ERP系统的引入过程和应用状况进行了深入分析,从业务流程、功能应用、物料主数据、一级运维、系统操作、流程执行、思想认识等七个方面总结出该厂在ERP系统引入和应用中存在的问题和不足。在借鉴相关专家研究成果的基础上,从促进ERP系统有效地与大庆油田第一采油厂的生产经营活动相结合和提高系统使用效果的角度,提出了拓展ERP模块功能、优化业务流程、加强ERP宣传、强化ERP培训、重构绩效评价体系、建立内部顾问团队、持续优化ERP系统等七项对策建议。希望通过本文的研究能够对大庆油田采油一厂ERP系统的有效应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:ERP system is an important tool to standardize enterprise resource management and improve the level of enterprise management. This kind of system has been widely used in many enterprises. In order to realize the goal of introducing the system, it is necessary to combine the system effectively with the actual situation of the enterprise, at the same time to create favorable conditions, so that the system functions can be brought into full play. Moreover, once the ERP is introduced, in order to make the ERP system promote the production and management of the enterprise, it must be perfected in the application of the system, so as to realize the integration of the system operation, the rationalization of the business process and the continuous improvement of the management. Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of management information system, especially ERP, this paper makes a practical investigation on the introduction and application of ERP system in Daqing Oilfield. The introduction process and application status of ERP system in Daqing Oilfield No. 1 Oil recovery Plant are analyzed in depth, including business process, function application, material master data, primary operation and maintenance, system operation, process execution, etc. The problems and shortcomings in the introduction and application of ERP system in this factory are summarized in seven aspects. On the basis of referring to the research results of relevant experts, from the point of promoting the effective combination of ERP system with the production and management activities of the first oil production plant in Daqing Oilfield and improving the operational effect of the system, this paper proposes to expand the function of the ERP module and optimize the business process. Strengthen ERP propaganda, strengthen ERP training, reconstruct performance evaluation system, set up internal consultant team, and continuously optimize ERP system. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the effective application of ERP system in Daqing Oilfield.
