【摘要】:随着社会的不断发展,企业的数量也在逐渐增加。如何在激烈的市场竞争中形成本企业的优势,成为了每个管理者需要探讨的关键。传统企业经营下,有效理论与策略的分析已经占据了重要的部分。但不仅如此,如何能够在创新的基础上促进企业转型,加强企业经济效益的提升也是现阶段的主要任务之一。本文从IE理论出发,对企业提质增效的方法与策略进行研究。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, the number of enterprises is also gradually increasing. How to form the advantage of the enterprise in the fierce market competition has become the key to every manager. Under the management of traditional enterprises, the analysis of effective theory and strategy has occupied an important part. But not only that, how to promote the transformation of enterprises on the basis of innovation and how to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises is also one of the main tasks at the present stage. Based on IE theory, this paper studies the methods and strategies of improving quality and increasing efficiency.
