华电山东分公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:本论文是在我国环保形势日益严峻的形势下,以华电山东分公司为研究对象,研究发电企业在新形势下的发展战略。本论文收集了大量的电力行业数据资料,对发电行业的发展状况和战略管理理论进行了简要概述。运用PEST分析方法对华电山东分公司的政治法律环境、经济环境、社会文化及自然环境、技术环境等外部宏观环境进行了分析:运用波特五力模型对山东电力市场需求和市场竞争结构进行分析,根据外部因素评价(EFE)矩阵分析方法,对华电山东分公司外部机会与威胁进行汇总分析,研究了华电山东分公司面临的机会和威胁。通过对华电山东分公司核心能力、原材料供应、财务状况、组织结构、人力资源、营销状况等内部环境分析,运用内部因素评价(IFE)矩阵分析,研究了华电山东分公司的内部状况。在全面分析华电山东分公司的内外部环境的基础上,运用SWOT方法分析了企业面临的机会和威胁,优势和劣势,通过定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM)进行战略选择和制定,确定华电山东分公司的发展战略:采取SO战略—增长战略,优化发展高效“大火电”项目,加快清洁能源项目发展,积极扩大装机规模。为保障战略的有效实施,从优化区域管控、新能源管控模式、提升资本运营能力、优化人力资源管理等方面提出发展战略的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development strategy of power generation enterprises in the new situation is studied with Huadian Shandong Branch as the research object under the increasingly severe environmental protection situation in China. This paper collects a lot of data of electric power industry, and gives a brief overview of the development and strategic management theory of power generation industry. Using PEST analysis method to analyze the political and legal environment, economic environment, social culture and natural environment of Huadian Shandong Branch, The external macro environment, such as technical environment, is analyzed. The market demand and competition structure of Shandong electric power market are analyzed by using Porter's five-force model, and the EFE matrix analysis method is evaluated according to external factors. The external opportunities and threats of Huadian Shandong Branch are summarized and analyzed, and the opportunities and threats faced by Huadian Shandong Branch are studied. Through the core competence, raw material supply, financial situation, organizational structure, human resources, marketing situation and other internal environment analysis of Huadian Shandong Branch, using internal factors to evaluate the IFE matrix analysis, The internal condition of Huadian Shandong Branch is studied. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of Huadian Shandong Branch, this paper analyzes the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages faced by enterprises by using SWOT method, and makes strategic choices and formulation through quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM. To determine the development strategy of Huadian Shandong Branch: adopt so strategy-growth strategy, optimize the development of high efficiency "big thermal power" project, speed up the development of clean energy project, and actively expand the scale of installation. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the development strategy from the aspects of optimizing regional control, new energy control mode, improving the capital operation ability, optimizing human resource management and so on.
