上海自贸区成立背景下的ABC公司战略转移研究

【摘要】:自2008年金融危机后,中国外向型经济步入艰难境遇,大多数外贸出口企业经营情况每况愈下。服装出口企业是我国出口企业中的典型代表,长期以来,由于采用单一经营战略及低成本战略,使其在此次金融危机中遭遇到了前所未有的挑战,可持续经营能力基本丧失,如果不及时做出战略转移,企业的发展甚至生存都将受到重大威胁。2013年9月29日,“中国(上海)自由贸易试验区”在上海正式挂牌成立。完全不同于国内以往的保税区,它是中国新一届政府改革的试验地,标志着中国自贸区经济时代的开始。在这一重大的外部机遇条件下,外贸服装企业如何因势利导,充分利用邻近上海自贸区的区位优势,主动调整发展战略,重获新的发展动力?本文选取一家具有代表性的ABC公司外贸服装公司作为研究样本。通过深入分析ABC公司的内外部环境,采用SWOT战略分析法,研究外贸服装企业究竟该如何进行战略转移,选择何种战略转移方式。 本文首先对战略转移理论进行了阐述,然后对上海自贸区成立的背景、任务、意义及影响力进行了介绍和分析。对于ABC公司的内外部因素分析,本文采取了PEST分析,竞争五因素分析竞争态势分析及SWOT分析法。在战略选择分析上,本文采取战略管理常用的SWOT矩阵战略分析法,确定了ABC公司市场区域转移战略和服务对象转移战略。最后,,本文同时对ABC公司在进行转移时应采取的措施也进行了分析研究,使公司实施战略转移更具有效性和现实可操作性。 本文研究的创新点在于针对上海自贸区的成立,采用SWOT战略分析方法对一家具有代表性的外贸服装企业的优势、劣势及外部机会、威胁进行现实性分析;通过科学的战略匹配,得出科学的转移战略,具有较强的时代感和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the financial crisis in 2008, China's export-oriented economy has entered a difficult situation, and most export enterprises have gone from bad to worse. Garment export enterprises are typical representatives of export enterprises in our country. For a long time, because of adopting a single management strategy and a low cost strategy, they have encountered unprecedented challenges in this financial crisis, and their sustainable management ability has basically lost. If the strategic shift is not made in time, the development and even survival of enterprises will be seriously threatened. On September 29, 2013, the "China (Shanghai) Free Trade Test Zone" was officially established in Shanghai. Totally different from the former bonded zones in China, it is the experimental ground of the new government reform in China and marks the beginning of the economic era of China's free trade zones. Under this important external opportunity, how can the foreign trade garment enterprises make good use of the location advantage of the adjacent Shanghai Free Trade area, adjust the development strategy actively, and regain the new development motive force? This article selects a representative ABC company foreign trade clothing company as the research sample. Through the deep analysis of the internal and external environment of ABC Company and the use of SWOT strategic analysis method, this paper studies how to carry out strategic transfer and what kind of strategic transfer mode should be selected for foreign trade garment enterprises. This paper first expounds the theory of strategic transfer, then introduces and analyzes the background, task, significance and influence of the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. For the analysis of internal and external factors of ABC, this paper adopts PEST analysis, competitive five-factor analysis and SWOT analysis. In the analysis of strategic choice, this paper adopts the SWOT matrix strategic analysis method, which is commonly used in strategic management, to determine the market regional transfer strategy and service object transfer strategy of ABC Company. Finally, this paper also analyzes and studies the measures that should be taken in the transfer of ABC Company, which makes the implementation of strategic transfer more effective and practical maneuverability. The innovation of this paper is to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of a representative foreign trade clothing enterprise by using SWOT strategic analysis method in view of the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. The scientific transfer strategy has a strong sense of the times and practical significance.
