【摘要】：随着互联网商务的蓬勃发展,各种传统行业都开始寻找在互联网上的生存之道。互联网商务改变了人们的生活方式,大大方便了人们的生活。印务作为一项传统的商务模式,如何在互联网发展的时代抓住机遇,把握机会,成了许多印务商家面临的巨大挑战。本商业计划书站在印务商家的角度对这个问题进行进行解析,针对互联网发展的现状提出来了一整套的运营解决方案,从商城研发到市场分析到风险分析,本商业计划书在市场现有的互联网印务商城的模式基础上进行了自己的创新变革。不仅在用户体验方面,而且在市场运营模式方面提出了自己的方式以及见解。本文旨在进行商业计划书的讨论、对项目的可行性进行分析,同时对项目如何实施提供一个纲领性文件,同时收集了大量的用户调研数据,方便投资者在进行投资时进行决策。本文的核心内容包含：印务商城的软件开发、电商印务的背景分析、需求调查与分析、竞争者分析、营销策略、风险分析、财务报表7个主要模块,以价值链理论、波特五力模型、4p理论、SWOT分析法、PEST分析法为工具,对商城的价值链、市场竞争环境、营销策略、发展战略以及市场的环境背景进行透彻分析,制定发展战略。我们知道任何项目都是风险与利润并存的,所以我们在分析了市场环境之后对项目可能遇到的风险进行了评估同时给出应对策略。最后得出该项目的财务报表,采用相关的财务理论的各项财务指标进行细化分解,最终对项目的财务状况进行评价。本文所有得出的结论和数据是经过作者通过各种工具推算而出的,结合项目管理、战略管理、营销管理各项理论得出的结果。通过对财务、风险、市场、投资效益等方面的分析,在商业价值来看本项目是绝对是一个优质项目,以及投资价值来看,本项目回报不是很明显,但是对投资者有着深远的战略意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet commerce, all kinds of traditional industries are looking for the way to survive on the Internet. Internet commerce has changed people's way of life, greatly facilitated people's life. Printing business as a traditional business model, how to seize the opportunity in the era of Internet development, has become a great challenge for many printing business. This business plan analyzes this problem from the perspective of the printing business, and puts forward a whole set of operational solutions for the current situation of the development of the Internet, ranging from market research and development to market analysis to risk analysis. This business plan has carried on its own innovation and transformation based on the existing model of Internet Printing Mall in the market. Not only in the user experience, but also in the market mode of operation put forward their own way and view. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the business plan, to analyze the feasibility of the project, to provide a programmatic document on how to implement the project, and to collect a large amount of user survey data, which is convenient for investors to make decisions when they invest. The core contents of this paper include: software development of printing mall, background analysis of e-commerce printing business, demand investigation and analysis, competitor analysis, marketing strategy, risk analysis, financial statements seven main modules, with the value chain theory, Porter's five-force model / SWOT analysis and pest analysis are used as tools to make a thorough analysis of the value chain, market competition environment, marketing strategy, development strategy and market environment background of the mall, and to formulate the development strategy. We know that any project is both risky and profitable, so after analyzing the market environment, we evaluate the risks that the project may encounter and give the countermeasures. Finally, the financial statements of the project are obtained, and the financial indicators of the relevant financial theory are used to refine and decompose the financial statements of the project. Finally, the financial status of the project is evaluated. All the conclusions and data obtained in this paper are calculated by the author through a variety of tools, combined with the project management, strategic management, marketing management theory of the results. Based on the analysis of finance, risk, market, investment benefit and so on, this project is absolutely a high-quality project in terms of commercial value, and the return on this project is not very obvious in terms of investment value. But it has profound strategic significance for investors.
