雷柏科技公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:依存于IT行业的迅猛发展,键鼠行业以及整个电脑外设行业在过去的十几年里得以不断发展扩大。随着社会的越来越多元化,消费者的个性化追求使得键盘、鼠标等电脑外设从简单的输入、输出设备演变成为时尚电子快速消费品。移动互联时代的到来使得以平板电脑为代表的移动终端代替传统PC成为了数字化生活的核心,键盘、鼠标等产品的依存行业的重大变革对所有键鼠行业企业来说既是需要把握的市场机会也是能否从行业中脱颖而出的巨大挑战。同时,近年来大型电商的兴起给了传统渠道巨大的打击,一定程度上降低了键鼠行业进入壁垒,增加了新进入者对行业的威胁。 另一方面,随着中国劳动力成本的提升,键鼠行业厂商以及整个中国制造业的成本都在不断增加。中国工业机器人对人工的规模性替代即将带来工业机器人行业的爆发,这给了拥有自动化生产技术经验的企业带来了前所未有的市场机遇。 论文的研究对象雷柏科技公司是目前国内最大的无线鼠标产品生产商和销售商,公司在技术研发、品牌影响力上有很强的竞争实力并拥有专业自动化系统集成项目团队这一独特优势。论文运用SWOT工具对雷柏科技公司的外部环境机会、威胁及内部条件优势、劣势进行综合分析,提出运用公司自身的技术和品牌优势,抓住键鼠行业市场快速发展和工业机器人行业即将爆发的市场机遇,实施技术关系多元化发展战略。并指出技术关系多元化战略的核心就是积极开发以无线技术应用为基础的新型行业产品,围绕键盘、鼠标业务进行扩张并可同时利用自身的自动化生产技术经验介入工业机器人集成领域,开拓以自动化为基础的机器人集成业务成为公司的新增长点。 论文共分七个部分,第一章部分主要介绍了本文的研究背景研究方法以及可能的创新之处;第二部分介绍了本文研究的相关理论;第三部分为雷柏科技公司发展的外部环境进行分析,探讨了雷柏科技公司所处的宏观环境状况及行业环境状况;第四部分为雷柏科技公司内部条件分析,对雷柏科技公司的发展历程、公司治理、经营、技术研发以及人力资源等状况进行了全面的分析探讨;第五部分为雷柏科技公司发展战略选择,在综合了外部环境和内部条件后提出雷柏科技公司的具体发展战略。第六部分为雷柏科技公司战略实施及风险控制,制定出雷柏科技公司发展战略的实施方案并对可预见的风险进行分析和控制。第七部分为研究结论与展望,总结研究的结论与不足,并对后续的研究进行展开与计划。 本文的研究是建立在当前键鼠行业所处宏观环境分析之上并探讨了我国整个键鼠行业的发展趋势,对雷柏科技公司实施技术关系多元化发展战略的动因、战略核心、战略目标、战略实施及风险控制等进行了全面的分析及论述,可以为雷柏公司的技术关系多元化发展提供参考,也可以为国内其它键鼠行业企业的发展战略制定及实施提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Depending on the rapid development of the IT industry, the key mouse industry and the whole computer peripheral industry have been expanding in the past decade. With the increasing diversity of the society, the personalized pursuit of the consumers makes the computer peripherals such as the keyboard, mouse and other computer peripherals evolve into fashionable electronic fast consumer goods. The arrival of the era makes the mobile terminal represented by the tablet computer as the substitute for the traditional PC has become the core of the digital life. The major changes in the dependence industry of the keyboard, mouse and other products are both the market opportunities that need to be grasped and the great challenge that can stand out from the industry. The rise of large scale electricity providers has given a huge blow to traditional channels, which has reduced the entry barriers of key mouse industry to some extent, and increased the threat of new entrants to the industry.
On the other hand, with the increase of labor costs in China, the cost of the key mouse industry and the entire Chinese manufacturing industry is increasing. The large-scale substitution of industrial robots for manual labor is about to bring an industrial robot industry, which has brought unprecedented market machines to enterprises with the experience of automated production technology. Encounter.
The research object: RAPOO technology company is the largest manufacturer and seller of wireless mouse products in China. The company has a strong competitive strength in technology research and development, brand influence and has the unique advantage of professional automation system integration project team. The paper uses the SWOT tool for the external environment opportunities of RAPOO technology company. A comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the threat and internal conditions is made, and the advantages of the company's own technology and brand are put forward, and the rapid development of the market of the key mouse industry and the market opportunity that the industrial robot is about to erupt will be seized, and the diversification strategy of technical relations is implemented. The new industry product based on the application of line technology has expanded around the keyboard and the mouse business, and can simultaneously use its own automated production technology experience to intervene in the industrial robot integration field. The development of automation based robot integrated service has become the new growth point of the company.
The thesis is divided into seven parts. The first chapter mainly introduces the research methods and possible innovations of this paper; the second part introduces the relevant theories of this study; the third part analyses the external environment of the development of RAPOO science and technology company, and discusses the macro environment situation and industry of RAPOO technology company. The fourth part is the analysis of the internal conditions of RAPOO technology company. The development process of RAPOO science and technology company, corporate governance, management, technology research and development and human resources are comprehensively analyzed and discussed. The fifth part is the strategic choice for the development of RAPOO technology company, and after the synthesis of the external environment and internal conditions, it puts forward the thunder. The sixth part is the strategy implementation and risk control of RAPOO technology company. The implementation plan of the development strategy of RAPOO technology company is formulated and the foreseeable risk is analyzed and controlled. The seventh part is the conclusion and Prospect of the research, summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of the research, and carries out the follow-up research. And plan.
The research of this paper is based on the macro environment analysis of the current key mouse industry and discusses the development trend of the whole key mouse industry in China. It makes a comprehensive analysis and Discussion on the motivation, strategic core, strategic goal, strategic implementation and risk control of RAPOO technology company to implement the diversified development strategy of technical relations. It provides a reference for the diversification of technology relations of cypress, and it can also provide some reference for the development and implementation of other domestic key mouse enterprises.
