中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发对策研究

【摘要】:青年人才开发是企业人才战略的重中之重,人才的开发和培养对维持企业在竞争中保持优势起着决定性作用。人才开发是一个较长期的过程,人才开发的质量对企业发展质量的影响越来越大。对企业来说,,要有培养的计划和培养工作管理的机制来促使青年人才能力和水平的提高,还要有完善地激励机制,去激发青年人才的创造力和留住青年人才。因此,对青年人才数量占到七成以上的中建八局总承包公司的青年人才开发问题进行对策研究,是我们急需解决并具有较强现实意义的问题。 本文的研究目的在于帮助中建八局总承包公司在激烈的市场竞争中保持青年人才发展优势,对公司的青年人才进行有效培养。本文使用了文献分析法、访谈法和案例分析法等研究方法,对中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发的现行机制、存在问题和存在问题的原因进行了系统分析,通过对青年人才开发和国有企业青年人才开发的观念进行深入的理论分析,制定了以“导师带徒制”的青年人才开发对策,并选取样本进行了实证研究。论文主要内容包括绪论、国有企业青年人才开发理论概述、中建八局总承包公司的青年人才开发状况、中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发存在的问题及原因、中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发对策研究、“导师带徒制”案例分析和结论七个部分。主要的研究内容有:一是对青年人才开发的内涵和特点、青年人才开发的基本理论、国有企业青年人才开发的理论分析进行了介绍。二是中建八局总承包公司的概况、以及中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发的现状进行了分析和说明。三是对中建八局总承包公司在青年人才开发中存在的问题及原因进行了分析说明。四是围绕中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发对策研究,提出对在项目一线建立青年人才培养基地、以岗位练兵推进中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发进程、建立中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发的全面激励机制、建立中建八局总承包公司青年人才的持续发展与自我开发的长效机制。五是以导师带徒制为例实证研究中建八局总承包公司青年人才开发对策研究工作构想。
[Abstract]:The development of young talents is the most important part of the enterprise talent strategy, and the development and cultivation of talents plays a decisive role in maintaining the advantages of enterprises in the competition. Talent development is a long-term process. The quality of talent development has more and more influence on the quality of enterprise development. To the enterprise, we should have the training plan and the training work management mechanism to promote the young talented person's ability and the level enhancement, but also has the consummate incentive mechanism to stimulate the young talented person's creativity and to retain the young talented person. Therefore, the countermeasures for the development of young talents in the CCIBOG General Contracting Company, which accounts for more than 70% of the total number of young talents, are studied. The purpose of this paper is to help China Construction Corporation to maintain the advantage of young talents development in the fierce market competition and to train young talents effectively. By using the methods of literature analysis, interview and case analysis, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the existing mechanism, problems and reasons for the development of young talents in the CCIBS General Contracting Company. Based on the theoretical analysis of the concept of the development of young talents and the development of young talents in state-owned enterprises, this paper formulates the countermeasures of the development of young talents under the system of "tutors and apprentices", and selects samples to carry out an empirical study. The main contents of the paper include introduction, outline of the theory of the development of young talents in state-owned enterprises, the situation of the development of young talents in the General Contracting Company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction, the problems and reasons of the development of young talents in the general contracting company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction Corporation. The study on the countermeasures of young talents development in the eighth Bureau of China Construction General Contracting Company, the case study and the conclusion of the tutorial and apprentice system. The main research contents are as follows: first, it introduces the connotation and characteristics of the development of young talents, the basic theory of the development of young talents, and the theoretical analysis of the development of young talents in state-owned enterprises. The second is the general situation of the general contracting company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction and the present situation of the development of young talents in the general contract company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction Corporation. The third is to analyze the problems and reasons in the development of young talents in the General Contracting Company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction. Fourth, based on the study of the countermeasures for the development of young talents in the General Contracting Company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction, it is proposed to establish a training base for young people on the front line of the project and to promote the process of the development of young talents in the general contracting company of the eighth Bureau of China Construction Bureau by post training. To establish a comprehensive incentive mechanism for the development of young talents in the CCIBS General Contracting Company, and to establish a long-term mechanism for the sustained development and self-development of the Young talents in the CCIBS General Contracting Company. The fifth is to take the tutorial system as an example to study the countermeasures for the development of young talents in the eighth Bureau General Contracting Company of China.
