成都时代新源照明无极灯项目风险管理研究

【摘要】:节能减排成为全球瞩目的焦点,目前世界各国都在大力推广节能灯的使用。以LED灯、无极灯等新型光源将逐步取代传统照明光源。在人类照明领域,无极节能灯是中国人唯一拥有完全自主知识产权的一种新型光源。现已广泛的应用在城市道路照明、隧道照明、工厂照明、办公室照明等场所。我国出台了一系列政策来推动企业技术创新,旨在促进企业实现创新驱动发展。而成都时代新源照明电器有限责任公司研制推出的无极灯系列产品,是工作在等离子体状态下的照明光源,是代表照明技术高光效、长寿命、高显色性未来发展方向的新型光源。它必将成为21世纪最有发展前景的绿色节能照明光源换代产品。本文的撰写选材于成都时代新源照明无极灯研制生产项目以《项目管理知识体系指南》(PMBOK#174;指南)项目风险管理体系为指南,对成都时代新源公司无极灯研发生产项目进行风险方面的管理研究和探讨。全文共分六个章节,本文首先阐述了研究的背景及意义并对当前国内外风险管理研究现状进行了梳理,同时还进一步阐明了论文研究的主要内容和方法;随后本文根据研究的需要对风险管理的相关理论和方法进行了综述,为论文后续提出成都时代新源公司无极灯研制项目这一案例的风险管理研究奠定了基础;紧接着是本文研究分析的重点,全面对无极灯项目进行风险识别,后分别从技术、生产、管理、资金、市场和环境风险因素开展风险定性分析,同时还运用层次分析法和模糊综合分析法来开展风险定量评价从而最终得出无极灯项目的主要风险点。最后针对无极灯项目的主要风险点提出具体的风险防控措施和对策,实现了研究无极灯项目风险管理的目的,同时还为成都时代新源公司高层在风险管理方面提供了有价值的参考;进而希望中小企业对研发项目能重视风险的防控,提高项目的成功率。
[Abstract]:Energy saving and emission reduction have become the focus of global attention. At present, countries all over the world are vigorously promoting the use of energy-saving lamps. New light sources, such as LED lights and pole-less lamps, will gradually replace traditional lighting sources. In the field of human lighting, infinitesimal energy-saving lamp is the only new type of light source in China which has completely independent intellectual property rights. Has been widely used in urban road lighting, tunnel lighting, factory lighting, office lighting and other places. China has issued a series of policies to promote technological innovation in order to promote innovation-driven development of enterprises. And Chengdu era Xinyuan Lighting Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. developed a series of endless lamps, which is a lighting source working in a plasma state. It is a representative of high lighting efficiency and long life span of lighting technology. A new type of light source with high color rendering in the future. It will become the most promising green energy-saving lighting source replacement products in the 21 st century. The writing materials of this paper are selected from the project of "Project Management knowledge system Guide" (PMBOK #174; Guide) Project risk Management system. This paper studies and discusses the risk management of Wuji lamp R & D and production project of Chengdu Times Xinyuan Company. The thesis is divided into six chapters. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research, combs the current situation of risk management research at home and abroad, and further clarifies the main contents and methods of the research. Then this paper summarizes the theories and methods of risk management according to the needs of the research, which lays a foundation for the research of risk management in the case of Wuji lamp development project of Chengdu era Xinyuan Company. Then, the focus of this study is to identify the risk of the polar lamp project, and then to carry out qualitative risk analysis from technology, production, management, capital, market and environmental risk factors, respectively. At the same time, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis are used to carry out quantitative risk evaluation to obtain the main risk points of the pole-less lamp project. Finally, aiming at the main risk points of the non-polar lamp project, the paper puts forward specific measures and countermeasures to prevent and control the risk, and realizes the purpose of studying the risk management of the non-polar lamp project. At the same time, it provides a valuable reference for the senior management of Xinyuan Company in Chengdu era, and hopes that the small and medium-sized enterprises can attach importance to the risk prevention and control of R & D projects and improve the success rate of the projects.
