Z公司采购部项目组职权划分研究

【摘要】:在经济日益发达的当今社会,经济全球化和竞争国际化愈演愈烈,企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。日益激烈的竞争迫使企业不得不改变原来的管理模式,不断创新管理理念。为了更好的适应经营环境的急剧变化,增强企业核心竞争力及满足个性化需求,必须采用现代的企业项目管理方法。项目管理是一种优化的管理模式,与传统的部门管理相比,更注重综合性管理和目标管理,强调基于团队管理的个人负责制。而作为项目管理重要领域之一的项目采购管理,也是现代企业经营管理的重要组成部分。采购是企业物流中一个重要的环节,对增强企业的核心竞争力起着非常重要的作用。采购部门已受到企业越来越多的重视,采购职能从企业生存的必要条件变成管理的一个热点,人们也更深入地探求采购领域潜在的改进机会。本文以Z公司原料采购部原料采购工作为研究对象,结合Z公司采购部项目组的实际情况,基于项目组负责制职权划分的问题进行了系统的研究分析。研究的目的在于优化项目组与处室之间关系,提升项目组工作效率,进一步融洽处室与项目组之间的工作氛围, 提升整个原料采购部的工作质量与工作效率。本文在对国内外相关研究进行综述以及对相关理论阐述的基础上,首先分析了Z公司采购部项目组管理工作的现状,然后对项目组负责制存在的问题进行了深入剖析,阐述了完善Z公司采购部项目组负责制的必要性,最后提出了完善的具体对策措施,希望对部门管理模式的改进和整体工作有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly developed society, economic globalization and competition become more and more intense, and the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The increasingly fierce competition forces the enterprise to change the original management mode and constantly innovate the management idea. In order to better adapt to the sharp changes in the operating environment, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and meet the personalized needs, modern enterprise project management methods must be adopted. Project management is an optimized management mode. Compared with traditional department management, project management pays more attention to comprehensive management and objective management, and emphasizes individual responsibility system based on team management. As one of the important fields of project management, project procurement management is also an important part of modern enterprise management. Procurement is an important link in enterprise logistics and plays a very important role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. The purchasing department has been paid more and more attention by the enterprise, the procurement function has changed from the necessary condition of the enterprise survival to a hot spot of management, and people have also explored the potential improvement opportunity in the procurement field more deeply. This paper takes the raw material purchasing work of the raw material purchasing department of Z Company as the research object, combining with the actual situation of the project team of Z Company, and makes a systematic research and analysis based on the division of authority and authority of the project team responsibility system. The purpose of the study is to optimize the relationship between the project team and the department, to improve the working efficiency of the project team, to further harmonize the working atmosphere between the office and the project group, and to improve the working quality and efficiency of the whole raw material purchasing department. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign related research and expounding the relevant theories, this paper first analyzes the current situation of the project team management in the purchasing department of Z Company, and then deeply analyzes the problems existing in the project team responsibility system. This paper expounds the necessity of perfecting the project team responsibility system of purchasing department of Z Company, and finally puts forward some concrete countermeasures and measures, hoping that it can be used for reference for the improvement of the management mode of the department and the overall work.
