南昌A化妆品商行创业失败案例启示

【摘要】：通过阅读大量的资料，，对化妆品行业、创业及创业失败等信息大量的收集与整理，就创业失败分析及启示对以在创业及正在创业的人群有着一定指导的价值，对国内外关于创业发展及其应用价值的研究成果有所了解，也为所选的论文课题研究提供有益思路与帮助。资金、市场、团队等方面是创业过程中会遇到的难题与挑战，这些难题的存在与难以逾越，导致风起云涌的创业浪潮中，大多数创业者倒在了起步阶段，据国家工商局2012年统计：国内初创公司的平均寿命只有2年零6个月。然而南昌A化妆品商行就是其中一员，难以解除这道初创公司短命魔咒，未能让自己创业过程中的公司躲过幼苗之劫，在未成长为参天大树而是迎来毅然的倒下惨酷的命运与现实。在创业过程中遇到的难题与挑战，使得很多公司在这过程中，最后以失败而告终的现实境况下，他们都有着共同的特性及问题，因此通过对南昌A化妆品商行创业失败案例进行分析其原因及得到如何启示，从而在认识到自身的不足之处与失败所在之处，得以启示，才可让自身或他人在接下来的工作中与创业过程去合理的去面对困境，采取更妥当的方案去解决问题，也能比较清晰到创业应该具备的条件有哪些等等。
[Abstract]:Through reading a large number of materials, collecting and sorting out a large number of information on cosmetics industry, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial failure, the analysis and inspiration of entrepreneurial failure have a certain guiding value to the people who are starting a business or starting a business. The research results of entrepreneurship development and its application value at home and abroad are understood, and some useful ideas and help are provided for the research of selected papers. Capital, market, team and other aspects are the problems and challenges encountered in the process of starting a business. The existence and difficulty of these problems lead to the upsurge of entrepreneurial waves, and most entrepreneurs fall into the initial stage. According to the State Administration of Industry and Commerce in 2012, the average life expectancy of domestic startups is only 2 years and 6 months. However, Nanchang A Cosmetics Company is one of them. It is difficult to lift the short-life spell of the start-up company and fail to let the company in the process of starting its own business escape the disaster of the seedlings. In not growing into a towering tree but ushered in a determined fall of the fate and reality. The problems and challenges encountered in the process of starting a business make many companies have common characteristics and problems in the process and in the reality of the final failure. Therefore, through the analysis of the failure case of A cosmetic company in Nanchang and how to get enlightenment, we can find out the deficiency and failure of our company. In order to let themselves or others in the next work and entrepreneurship process to face the plight of a reasonable, take more appropriate solutions to solve problems, but also more clear to the requirements of entrepreneurship and so on.
