JH集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:JH集团是上海地区高端写字楼及办公室装修行业最具长期声望的企业之一,但目前发展存在诸多问题。从内部视角来看,业务发展方向不明晰、品牌价值维护不成功、人才相对短缺等问题较为突出;而从外部来看,由于宏观经济发展速度减缓,导致市场竞争日趋激烈,行业整体利润率下滑明显。上述种种,都将对JH集团的未来的生存与发展产生深刻的影响。本文研究旨在对我国公共装饰行业的经营状况进行深入了解,探讨产业结构竞争态势,同时对JH集团本身所具备的优劣势进行系统分析,在此基础上提出契合JH集团实际的可行战略方案。本文共计六章,各章内容概述如下:第一章为绪论,包括选题背景与研究意义,国内外文献研究综述,以及研究方法与论文框架。第二章是JH集团外部环境分析,包括宏观环境分析、行业环境分析及竞争环境分析等。第三章是JH集团内部环境分析,即针对目标企业作简单的介绍,分析其业务状况、经营绩效、内部管理策略等,并由此界定公司特有的优劣势。第四章为战略分析与制定,根据内外在分析,拟出可行的战略方向。第五章为公司战略的职能层保障。第六章为结论部分。本论文的研究价值在于了解和掌握JH集团发展的生存环境和条件,指导JH集团制定周密的企业发展战略规划,并能帮助其他同质的公共装饰企业准确了解目前行业发展动态,为其发展战略定位和决策提供有价值的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:JH Group is one of the most prestigious companies in the high-end office and office decoration industry in Shanghai, but there are many problems in its development. From the internal perspective, the business development direction is not clear, the brand value maintenance is not successful, the talent is relatively short, and so on, but from the external point of view, because of the slow down of the macroeconomic development, the market competition becomes more and more fierce. Industry overall profit margin decline is obvious. All these will have a profound impact on the future survival and development of JH Group. The purpose of this study is to deeply understand the management situation of public decoration industry in China, to explore the competitive situation of industrial structure, and to systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of JH Group itself. On the basis of this, the feasible strategic plan is put forward, which is suitable for JH Group. There are six chapters in this paper. The content of each chapter is summarized as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, including the background and significance of the selected topic, the literature review at home and abroad, as well as the research methods and the framework of the paper. The second chapter is JH group external environment analysis, including macro environment analysis, industry environment analysis and competition environment analysis. The third chapter is the analysis of JH group's internal environment, that is, the brief introduction of the target enterprise, the analysis of its business status, management performance, internal management strategy, and so on, and then define the unique advantages and disadvantages of the company. The fourth chapter is the strategic analysis and formulation, according to the internal and external analysis, draw up the feasible strategic direction. The fifth chapter is the function level safeguard of the company strategy. Chapter six is the conclusion. The research value of this paper lies in understanding and mastering the living environment and conditions of JH group's development, guiding JH group to formulate a careful strategic plan for enterprise development, and helping other homogeneous public decoration enterprises to understand the current industry development trends accurately. It provides valuable reference and reference for its development strategy orientation and decision-making.
