建设工程企业物资管理业务流程优化研究

【摘要】：建设工程项目材料设备费用占工程总造价的比例过半,而目前的物资管理存在着诸多问题,这些问题不仅体现在供应链管理上,也体现在建设工程项目的库存管理上,使得建设项目物资管理流程的优化的具有很强的必要性。建设工程项目的物资管理优化是一个系统工程,脱离企业或者脱离项目去单纯的研究物资管理方面的问题是很多研究者容易陷入的误区。论文试图从企业、项目、利益相关者三个方面分析建设工程项目的物资管理优化问题。论文首先通过文献分析法,归纳总结了国内外物资管理研究现状,并对联合库存管理理论进行了阐述,进一步分析了其在建设工程项目中的适用性。然后,通过实证研究与规范研究相结合的方法,分析了建筑行业的特点、建筑企业的特点、建设项目物资管理的特点,进而系统的归纳和分析了建设工程项目物资管理中的问题。论文创新性的提出“基于区域的联合库存管理”优化路径,并且针对不同的承发包模式设计了联合库存管理的不同模式,同时基于联合库存管理也对物资管理的流程进行了明确。
[Abstract]:The cost of materials and equipment in construction project accounts for more than half of the total cost of the project. However, there are many problems in material management, which are not only reflected in the supply chain management, but also in the inventory management of the construction project. It is necessary to optimize the material management flow of the construction project. The material management optimization of construction project is a systematic engineering. It is a mistake that many researchers are apt to fall into when they break away from the enterprise or simply study the problem of material management. This paper attempts to analyze the material management optimization of construction projects from three aspects: enterprise, project and stakeholders. Firstly, the paper summarizes the current situation of material management research at home and abroad through literature analysis, and expounds the theory of joint inventory management, and further analyzes its applicability in construction projects. Then, through the combination of empirical research and normative research, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction industry, the characteristics of construction enterprises, the characteristics of material management of construction projects. Furthermore, the problems in material management of construction project are summarized and analyzed systematically. This paper innovatively puts forward the optimized path of "joint inventory management based on region", and designs different modes of joint inventory management for different contracting modes. At the same time, the process of material management is clarified based on joint inventory management.
