【摘要】：本论文以南方电网公司输电线路巡检市场为研究对象，分析其未来五年各种巡检模式市场占有率，为H公司承接南方电网公司无人机和有人直升机巡检系统建设提供市场开发策略。本文首先分析了南方电网目前输电线路巡检业务现状及存在的问题，并对当前存在的人工巡检、有人直升机巡检及无人机巡检等三种巡检模式进行了比较分析，明确其市场替代关系；通过收集南方电网2003至2012年的输电线路里程数据，采用二次移动平均法和二次指数平滑法对南方电网公司未来五年的输电线路巡检市场总容量进行了预测，在此基础上，用马尔可夫分析法建立了南方电网公司输电线路巡检模式市场占有率模型，明确了南方电网未来五年在有人直升机和无人机输电线路巡检模式的市场占有率。本文以市场占有率预测结论为基础，首先对H公司未来五年承接南方电网公司有人直升机和无人机输电线路巡检模式的投资收益进行了分析，并分别提出了两种巡检模式的投资策略，同时，本章通过对H公司在有人直升机和无人机巡检业务推进过程中存在的风险进行分析，提出了H公司可能面临的在空域管制、安全飞行等方面的风险防范措施，对H公司在组织机构保障、人员队伍配置、标准体系建立等方面分别提出了对应的市场策略。本文的分析结论，将对H公司承接南方电网飞行器输电线路巡检业务的市场开发提供较高的参考价值，也为我国未来的输电线路巡检模式发展方向提供较高的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the transmission line inspection market of Southern Power Grid Company is taken as the research object, and the market share of various inspection modes in the next five years is analyzed. It provides the market development strategy for H Company to undertake the construction of unmanned aerial vehicle and helicopter inspection system of Southern Power Grid. This paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of transmission line inspection in Southern Power Grid, and compares the three existing patrol modes, such as manual inspection, helicopter patrol and unmanned aerial vehicle inspection. Clarify its market substitution relationship; by collecting Southern Power Grid transmission line mileage data from 2003 to 2012, The quadratic moving average method and quadratic exponential smoothing method are used to predict the total capacity of the transmission line inspection market in the next five years. The market share model of transmission line inspection mode of China Southern Power Grid Company is established by using Markov analysis method, and the market share of transmission line patrol mode of China Southern Power Grid in the next five years is defined in terms of helicopter and unmanned aerial vehicle transmission line inspection mode. Based on the prediction results of market share, this paper first analyzes the investment income of H Company in the next five years to undertake the patrol inspection mode of helicopter and UAV transmission lines in Southern Power Grid. At the same time, this chapter analyzes the risk of H company in the process of helicopter and unmanned aerial vehicle patrol business, and puts forward the possible airspace control that H company may face. The paper puts forward the corresponding market strategies for H Company in the aspects of organization guarantee, personnel configuration, standard system establishment and so on. The conclusion of this paper will provide a higher reference value for H Company to undertake the market development of aircraft transmission line inspection business in Southern Power Grid, and also provide a higher reference value for the future development direction of transmission line inspection mode in China.
