【摘要】:随着21世纪的到来,全球众多企业面临的竞争环境更加易于变化和难以预测。面对竞争环境的快速变化、产业全球化竞争的加剧、竞争者富于侵略性的竞争行为以及竞争者对一系列竞争行为进行反应所带来的挑战,使企业越来越难以适应快速变化的环境。过去30年,中国经济经历了翻天覆地的变化,以市场为导向的改革在最近20年间使中国经济实现了近两位数的增长,在经济全球化和中国加入“WTO”的大背景下,中国中小企业将面临着严峻的挑战和诸多诱惑。常州天晟新材料股份有限公司于2011年1月25日正式在深圳创业版上市,作为中小企业为应对市场日趋激烈的竞争,为了获得又好又快的发展,公司必须制定明确且有效的企业发展战略,形成企业自身的竞争优势。 本文介绍了常州天晟新材料股份有限公司企业战略规划研究的背景、研究意义、研究方法等相关内容,然后从企业战略的定义、内容、流程进行论述。以企业战略管理规划相关理论为基础,重点通过对常州天晟新材料股份有限公司所处外部竞争环境和内部资源现状的调研和分析,尝试使用了企业战略目标趋势外推法、回归分析法、宏观环境分析、行业环境分析、细分市场分析等方法,规划和制定常州天晟新材料股份有限公司未来五年的企业发展战略;进一步根据常州天晟新材料股份有限公司经营发展战略,制定出企业战略实施步骤和构建了企业战略控制体系。在战略实施中采用企业矩阵式组织架构,以期使企业战略得到有效实施和战略实施流程简化,在战略控制体系中引入战略绩效管理体系和持续改进管控机制。 本文希望通过常州天晟新材料股份公司战略规划的实践应用,探索出适合企业现状并能为其带来竞争优势的企业战略规划方法、流程。本文对创业版上市企业建立企业战略管理模式,完善企业管理体系,确定企业经营战略发展方向的流程等方面具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the 21st century, the competitive environment faced by many enterprises in the world is more easy to change and difficult to predict. In the face of the rapid change of competitive environment, the aggravation of industrial globalization competition, the aggressive competitive behavior of competitors and the challenges caused by competitors' response to a series of competitive behaviors, It is becoming more and more difficult for enterprises to adapt to the rapidly changing environment. In the past 30 years, China's economy has undergone earth-shaking changes. The market-oriented reform has enabled China's economy to achieve nearly double-digit growth in the last 20 years. Under the background of economic globalization and China's entry into the WTO, Small and medium-sized enterprises in China will face severe challenges and many temptations. Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd. was officially listed in Shenzhen Venture Edition on January 25, 2011. As a small and medium-sized enterprise, in order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, in order to obtain good and rapid development, The company must formulate a clear and effective enterprise development strategy to form its own competitive advantage. This paper introduces the background, significance and research methods of the research on the enterprise strategic planning of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd., and then discusses the definition, content and process of the enterprise strategy. Based on the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management planning, this paper attempts to use the extrapolation method of enterprise strategic objective trend through the investigation and analysis of the external competitive environment and internal resource status of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd. Regression analysis, macro environmental analysis, industry environment analysis, market segmentation analysis and other methods, planning and formulation of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd. in the next five years of enterprise development strategy; According to the management and development strategy of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd, the implementation steps of enterprise strategy and the construction of enterprise strategy control system are worked out. The enterprise matrix organization structure is adopted in the strategy implementation in order to make the enterprise strategy be implemented effectively and the process of strategy implementation is simplified the strategic performance management system and the continuous improvement of the control mechanism are introduced into the strategic control system. This paper hopes that through the practical application of the strategic planning of Changzhou Tiansheng New material Co., Ltd, we can find out the method and process of enterprise strategic planning which is suitable for the present situation of the enterprise and can bring its competitive advantage. This paper has certain reference and reference value in establishing enterprise strategic management mode, perfecting enterprise management system, and determining the process of enterprise management strategy development direction.
