【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国开展了规模和速度都前所未有的基础设施和各项事业的建设。在此进程中,国家更加注重投资项目的调整和产业升级。正在逐步完善的社会主义市场经济体制,形成了多元化的投资体制格局,而投资者也更加具有资源稀缺意识和市场风险意识,由此,对于投资项目的决策更加趋于理性化,对于一个公司或者一个项目的投资价值分析越来越重视。由此,本文选择A公司作为蓝本,进行投资价值的案例分析。通过对以往文献的回顾,发现之前学者对于公司投资价值分析多采用财务分析或者经济增加值分析,而本文通过笔者的调研,了解到该公司的发展过程、竞争优劣势、行业状况及财务数据等,因而会对该公司进行基于调研结果的全面分析,由此可以对公司的投资价值分析更加全面透彻。在对A公司的投资价值进行分析时,首先对A公司所在的行业和市场情况分析,在对A公司所在的海洋工程装备行业的行业情况和发展现状进行介绍后,又通过“市场结构—市场行为—市场绩效”的SCP分析范式,对A公司的行业和市场情况进行介绍。其次,介绍了A公司的基本情况,包括其公司简介、历史沿革、组织结构等方面的法务情况,以及主营业务、业务情况、过往业绩、商业模式、近期重大项目等商务情况的介绍。另外,还对A公司进行了SWOT分析。再者就是通过历史和当前的财务数据,对A公司进行财务预测、会计估值、投资收益率分析,从会计层面判断其未来的发展潜力。基于以上的研究,最后得出结论,A公司作为一家海洋工程的设计研发和加工制造企业,公司所在行业受国家重视及政策支持,市场空间广阔,技术水平突出,客户资源丰富。未来A公司的发展前景十分良好,具有较好的投资价值。但同时还需关注其存在的投资风险,即管理层过于集中以及合资公司的市场风险。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China has carried out unprecedented scale and speed of infrastructure and construction of various undertakings. In this process, the country pays more attention to the adjustment of investment projects and industrial upgrading. The socialist market economy system, which is gradually being perfected, has formed a diversified investment system structure, and investors have become more aware of the scarcity of resources and market risk. As a result, the decision-making on investment projects has become more rational. More and more attention is paid to the analysis of the investment value of a company or a project. From this, this article chooses A company as the blueprint, carries on the case analysis of the investment value. By reviewing the previous literatures, it is found that most scholars used financial analysis or economic added value analysis for the analysis of the investment value of the company before, and through the author's investigation, we can find out the development process of the company and the advantages and disadvantages of the competition. Industry conditions and financial data, therefore, the company will be based on the results of a comprehensive analysis of the investment value of the company can be more comprehensive and thorough analysis. In the analysis of the investment value of A Company, first of all, the industry and market situation of A Company are analyzed. After the introduction of the industry situation and development status of the marine engineering equipment industry in which A Company is located, Through the SCP analysis paradigm of "market structure-market behavior-market performance", the industry and market situation of company A are introduced. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation of company A, including its company profile, historical evolution, organizational structure and other aspects of the legal situation, as well as the main business, business situation, past performance, business model, Introduction of recent major projects and other business situations. In addition, a company also carried out SWOT analysis. Furthermore, through the historical and current financial data, the financial forecast, accounting valuation, investment rate of return analysis of company A, judging its future development potential from the accounting level. Based on the above research, it is concluded that as an ocean engineering design, research, development, processing and manufacturing enterprise, the company is in an industry valued by the state and supported by policies, with broad market space, outstanding technical level and rich customer resources. The future A company's development prospect is very good, has the good investment value. But it also needs to pay attention to its investment risk, that is, excessive concentration of management and joint venture market risk.
