A公司甲酸钾项目的投资决策研究

【摘要】:甲酸钾主要用于油田钻井液、完井液等。试验研究表明,甲酸钾钻井液体系具备强抑制性、良好的配伍性,对环境保护有较大作用。在保护油田方面也有突出优点,是石油开采领域的一种优质材料。随着全球技术的进步以及对石油的需求,石油开采不断扩大,对优质钻井液的的需求也会越来越大,因此甲酸钾需求量也会有较大提高。预计每口油井需求60吨甲酸钾,可以预见未来全球的需求量颇为可观。A公司通过生产季戊四醇过程中产生的废液加工提纯甲酸钾和硫化钠。该方法既能消化废液,减轻废渣对环境的污染,又能加工生产得到甲酸钾和硫酸钠产品,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。由于该项目具有投资额大、项目建设期较长,不确定性因素较多等多个特点,所以需要对项目进行科学的分析与预测,做好投资决策分析工作是项目成败的先决条件。阐述了该建设项目的建设背景以及建设意义,综述了国内外有关投资决策的一些理论以及相关文献。以大量查阅文献内容为基础,研究了相应的项目投资决策理论方法。以A公司作为项目投资主体,对A公司甲酸钾项目的建设基本情况、相关产品的市场情况、项目建设投资估算等进行相关调研。通过一手调研资料,从而分析项目是否具备技术先进性、适应性和经济性。项目的建设最终是为了盈利,所以项目庞大的资金财务问题必须要解决。需要综合考虑各个财务指标,运用多项财务评价分析方法,其中以定量分析的方法,计算项目的投资回报期、净利润率以及总投资收益率,从而对整个项目做盈利能力的静态分析。通过净现值、内部收益率及动态投资回报期的计算来分析项目的动态盈利能力。为了更好的体现出项目的财务风险,通过对项目的资产负债率、借款偿还期进行了分析,确保财务分析的完整性。因为该投资建设项目为化工生产项目,而化工生产项目一般对选址还有周边环境会有一定的影响,所以需要对项目做出相应的社会评价以及环境评价分析。有盈利就有风险,项目的风险以不确定性为主,主要分析方法有盈亏平衡分析法和敏感性分析法,通过定量分析,点出了该项目的投资风险并针对这些风险给出相应控制措施,经过几个方面的科学的、系统的分析,最后得出项目的投资可行结论。
[Abstract]:Potassium formate is mainly used in drilling fluid, completion fluid and so on. The experimental results show that the potassium formate drilling fluid system has strong inhibition and good compatibility, and has great effect on environmental protection. Also has outstanding advantages in the protection of oil fields, is a kind of high-quality materials in the field of oil production. With the development of global technology and the demand for oil, the demand for high quality drilling fluid will increase, so the demand for potassium formate will be greatly increased. It is estimated that 60 tons of potassium formate will be required for each well, and it can be predicted that the global demand in the future will be considerable. A company processes and purifies potassium formate and sodium sulfide through the waste liquid produced in the production of pentaerythritol. The method can not only digest the waste liquid, reduce the pollution of waste residue to the environment, but also process and produce potassium formate and sodium sulfate products, which has great economic and social benefits. Because the project has many characteristics, such as large investment, long construction period and many uncertain factors, it is necessary to make scientific analysis and prediction of the project, and to make a good investment decision analysis is a prerequisite for the success or failure of the project. This paper expounds the construction background and significance of the construction project, and summarizes some theories and related documents about investment decision at home and abroad. Based on a large number of references, the corresponding project investment decision theory method is studied. Taking company A as the main body of project investment, the basic situation of the construction of potassium formate project, the market situation of related products and the estimation of project construction investment were investigated. Through one-hand research data, this paper analyzes whether the project has advanced technology, adaptability and economy. The construction of the project is ultimately for profit, so the huge financial problems of the project must be solved. Various financial indicators need to be considered comprehensively, and a number of financial evaluation and analysis methods are used, in which the investment return period, net profit margin and total investment return rate of the project are calculated by quantitative analysis method. So that the whole project to do the static analysis of profitability. The dynamic profitability of the project is analyzed by calculating the net present value, internal rate of return and dynamic return on investment period. In order to better reflect the financial risk of the project, through the analysis of the ratio of assets and liabilities of the project, the maturity of the loan is analyzed to ensure the integrity of the financial analysis. Because the investment and construction project is a chemical production project, and the chemical production project generally has a certain impact on the location and surrounding environment, it is necessary to make a corresponding social evaluation and environmental evaluation analysis of the project. The main analysis methods are breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis. Through quantitative analysis, the investment risk of the project is pointed out and the corresponding control measures are given. After several aspects of scientific, systematic analysis, finally draw the project investment feasible conclusion.
