XX石化公司HSE管理改进对策研究
[Abstract]:HSE (Health Safety and Environment) is the management method of health, safety and environment developed in the late eighties of the 20th century. HSE management is the license for petrochemical industry to realize modern management and move to the international market. It is a kind of science, system, perfect management system, use management knowledge. In the long-term petrochemical production process, its actual management process has been continuously supplemented and improved, providing a guarantee for the development of petrochemical industry. Domestic enterprises in the process of HSE management system operation are met with different aspects and degrees of problems, timely analysis of these problems is a necessary condition for continuous improvement of HSE management system. The purpose of this study is to find out the shortcomings of XX Petrochemical Company in the process of HSE management, and then to put forward a feasible improvement plan to help the company improve the level of HSE management. Reduce the incidence of accidents and achieve sustainable development. This paper first introduces the connotation, characteristics, concepts and related theories of HSE management system. Based on the field investigation of XX Petrochemical Company, this paper makes a detailed investigation on the existing HSE management system, analyzes the current situation of HSE management, and finds out that XX Company is leading and promising. Organization and management methods of the implementation of three elements of the deficiencies, and through the management concept, execution and technical means of three aspects of the lack of analysis of the reasons. Then the author puts forward the corresponding improvement plan from three aspects: the idea of HSE management, the optimization of HSE human resource management and the development of HSE management method. At the same time, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management's understanding of HSE management, improve the execution of HSE work, establish incentive and restraint mechanism, and establish effective HSE communication means. Finally, the article is summarized.
