胜利油田新入职经营管理人员职业生涯规划研究
[Abstract]:The career planning of new managers has become an extremely important and new job in the current human resources management of enterprises. The implementation of career planning for new entrant managers can achieve the win-win goal of both the enterprise and the new entrant, and then enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise and the career development potential of the management staff. Based on the relevant theories of employee career planning and the practical experience at home and abroad, based on the questionnaire survey of management personnel in Shengli Oilfield, This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of career planning for new managers in Shengli Oilfield, and makes a comprehensive study on the career planning system of new managers in Shengli Oilfield. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the process of career planning and development of Shengli Oilfield through the study of the theory of career development and the present situation of career development of new managers in Shengli Oilfield. Considering the characteristics of new managers, a career planning system suitable for the new managers is established, and further measures to ensure the effective operation of the system are put forward. The method of career planning is really applied to Shengli Oilfield. The present situation of the new management and management personnel is not paid enough attention to and the current situation is recognized by changing the present situation of Shengli Oilfield. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of different employees and their work, as well as the study of the dynamic structure and mobility of employees' behavior, a new perspective is put forward for the application of career planning of new entrants in Shengli Oilfield. Provide guidance and reference for improving and improving the career planning and management level of new entrants. The thesis is divided into six chapters, the main content and structure are as follows: chapter one, introduction. This chapter summarizes the research background, significance, research methods and framework structure, and the second chapter, career planning and management theory. This chapter mainly introduces the theory of stage of career development, the theory of career choice, the theory of career anchor, and defines the concept and connotation of career planning. The characteristics of Shengli Oilfield, the analysis of its human resources, the present situation and problems of career planning and management. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the experience and inspiration of the new employee career planning of Shell Oil Company, the fifth chapter, according to the characteristics of Shengli Oil Field enterprise combining with the career planning theory research, A set of career planning system for new managers in Shengli Oilfield is established, and the sixth chapter is about the plans and suggestions of career planning for new managers in Shengli Oilfield. This chapter begins with the process of career planning for new entrants and puts forward some operable suggestions and implementation methods in combination with the practice of enterprises to carry out the career planning of new entrants. Conclusion: it is always the basic principle of career planning and management for new entrants in Shengli Oilfield to realize the win-win situation between individuals and organizations, under the guidance of this principle, The theory and practice of new employees' career planning in Shengli Oilfield will be continuously developed and perfected, thus promoting the progress and development of the enterprise and even the society.
