成都HD股份有限公司主业务流程优化问题研究

【摘要】:世界经济的发展正在趋向于信息化、全球化、一体化的局面,企业在市场中的地位越来越多地面临着来自各方向的压力。面对挑战,企业想获得生存和发展,仅从自身的产品的质量、成本等方面进行改革已经远远不足,当代企业的良性发展越来越依赖于合理的业务流程。设计合理的业务流程可以为企业带来较强的应变能力,要设计整理出较为适合企业发展的业务流程,才能够企业带来生机和发展的空间。上世纪末叶,美国企业为寻回它们丢掉的竞争力,广泛开展了称为“再造工程”的企业改造活动。和一般意义上的企业重组相比,“再造工程”具有特定的内涵:它围绕着一个基本的焦点,即业务流程。很多专家学者在业务流程调整领域进行了研究,并总结出了一些相关理论。迈克尔·哈默和詹姆斯·钱皮曾于20世纪90年代提出了流程再造理论,引起了巨大的反响,很多企业认为该理论可以拯救企业的发展。但采用该理论的企业中,大部分并未获得成功。此后,在哈默教授理论的基础上,一些学者提出流程优化理论,不赞成将原有流程彻底推倒、再造。该理论相对于流程再造理论的优越性使之迅速在全球推广开来,很多企业把它应用到管理时间中,取得了很好的效果。基于这个考虑,我们为改善成都HD公司的经营状况、加强其生存发展能力,对该公司现有的业务流程提出了优化建议。本文首先对国内外在流程再造及流程优化方面的研究情况进行了适当的阐述,然后对HD股份有限公司的状况进行了简短的介绍,描述了该公司目前的主业务流程,并根据前述理论,结合HD公司的具体情况,对该公司的几个关键流程提出了优化建议。HD公司拥有较多的业务流程,不能全部都优化到,因此对企业进行了关键业务流程的选取。然后,本文对关键业务流程进行研究,对实际流程进行分析,厘清现有流程并并依流程重要性进行现状总结,发现其中存在的问题并提出优化方案,然后对优化方案作出评论,目的是通过流程的优化,提高工作效率,提高企业的核心竞争力。最后对研究结果进行了总结和展望。
[Abstract]:The development of the world economy is tending to the situation of informationization, globalization and integration. The position of enterprises in the market is facing more and more pressure from all directions. Facing the challenge, enterprises want to survive and develop, only from their own product quality, cost and other aspects of reform has been far from enough, the healthy development of contemporary enterprises more and more rely on reasonable business processes. The design of reasonable business process can bring a strong ability to meet the needs of the enterprise. Only by designing and sorting out the business process which is more suitable for the development of the enterprise can the enterprise bring vitality and space for development. At the end of the last century, American enterprises carried out enterprise transformation activities called "reengineering project" in order to find their lost competitiveness. Compared with the general sense of enterprise reorganization, "reengineering" has a specific connotation: it revolves around a basic focus, namely business process. Many experts and scholars have carried on the research in the business process adjustment domain, and summarized some related theories. Michael Hammer and James Chempi put forward the theory of process reengineering in the 1990s, which caused a great reaction. Many enterprises think that the theory can save the development of enterprises. However, most of the enterprises adopting this theory have not been successful. Then, on the basis of Professor Hamer's theory, some scholars put forward the theory of process optimization, and did not agree that the original process should be completely pushed down and reconstituted. Compared with the theory of process reengineering, this theory is popularized in the world rapidly, and many enterprises apply it to the management time and get good results. Based on this consideration, in order to improve the operating condition of Chengdu HD Company and strengthen its ability of survival and development, we put forward some suggestions for optimizing the existing business process of Chengdu HD Company. In this paper, the research situation of process reengineering and process optimization at home and abroad is described, then the situation of HD Co., Ltd. is briefly introduced, and the main business process of the company is described. According to the above theory, combined with the specific situation of HD Company, the paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for several key processes of HD Company. HD Company has more business processes, which can not all be optimized, so the selection of key business processes is carried out. Then, this paper studies the key business processes, analyzes the actual processes, clarifies the existing processes and summarizes the current situation according to the importance of the process, finds out the existing problems and puts forward the optimization scheme, and then comments on the optimization scheme. The aim is to improve the working efficiency and the core competitiveness of the enterprise through the optimization of the process. Finally, the research results are summarized and prospected.
