营销稽查监控系统深化应用研究

【摘要】:为规避营销风险,电力公司依托营销稽查监控系统建立了基于营销稽查监控系统的风险分析和防控体系,旨在通过对营销日常工作中异常问题的分析,以点带面,借助信息化手段,找出影响经营效益和服务水平的关键风险点。在深入分析异常问题的基础上,制定措施彻底整改异常问题,建章立制彻底杜绝风险再次发生,从而不断促进天津营销工作水平的提升。 但随着工作的开展,作者发现稽查监控系统存在着若干与实际工作不适应或不完善的地方,在一定程度上影响了风险分析和防控体系的实际效果。本文针对这些问题开展了稽查监控系统的完善型设计工作,主要工作内容如下: 1.在深入分析营销日常工作中异常问题的基础上,进一步挖掘新的营销风险管理主题,提出营销抄表质量分析、行业售电量分析两个新的稽查主题设计方案; 2.围绕“量、价、费、损”等核心主题,分析稽查监控系统当前校验规则存在的漏洞,提出优化完善质量管控主题的设计方案; 3.在分析稽查监控系统与电力用户用电信息采集系统数据关联性的基础上,基于新增反窃电线索主题提出了与电力用户用电信息采集系统的信息互通方案设计,并完成了成效统计功能设计。 本文完成的设计工作已完成了程序实现并逐步运用到营销稽查监控系统中,,通过前期的测试和实际数据的校核,验证了设计工作的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid the marketing risk, the electric power company established the risk analysis and prevention and control system based on the marketing audit monitoring system, aiming at analyzing the abnormal problems in the daily marketing work. By means of information technology, find out the key risk point that affects the management benefit and service level. On the basis of in-depth analysis of abnormal problems, measures are made to rectify the abnormal problems thoroughly, and regulations are established to completely prevent the risk from happening again, so as to continuously promote the level of Tianjin's marketing work. However, with the development of the work, the author finds that there are some unsuitable or imperfect places in the inspection and control system, which to some extent affect the actual effect of the risk analysis and prevention and control system. Aiming at these problems, this paper develops the perfect design of the inspection and monitoring system, the main work is as follows: 1. On the basis of deeply analyzing the abnormal problems in marketing daily work, this paper further excavates the new marketing risk management theme, and puts forward two new audit theme design schemes: marketing meter reading quality analysis and industry electricity sales analysis; 2. Focusing on the core theme of "quantity, price, fee and loss", this paper analyzes the loopholes existing in the current check and control rules of the inspection and control system, and puts forward a design scheme to optimize and perfect the subject of quality control. Based on the analysis of the data relationship between the inspection and monitoring system and the electric power user information collection system, based on the new theme of anti-theft clue, the design of the information exchange scheme with the electric power user information collection system is put forward. And completed the effectiveness of the statistical function design. The design work of this paper has completed the realization of the program and has been applied to the marketing audit monitoring system step by step. The validity of the design work has been verified by the pre-test and the verification of the actual data.
