区域大中型工业企业技术创新效率评价研究

【摘要】:当前,在企业日益成为创新主体的条件下,知识的生产将更多源于企业,工业企业已成为区域技术创新的重要组成部分,而工业企业中的大中型企业则又是工业企业技术创新中的主体,大中型工业企业的技术创新水平很大程度上代表着国家创新能力的高低。因而,在此背景下对我国各省区大中型工业企业的技术创新效率进行科学测度,并由此提出相关改进的对策建议具有重要现实意义。 本文在阅读了大量国内外文献和专家研究成果的基础上,综述了国内外技术创新效率评价理论和方法的研究现状,以非参数DEA方法为理论基础,从横向区域差异和纵向动态演变两个方面来考察我国各省区大中型工业企业技术创新效率状况,并利用Tobit模型进行技术创新效率影响因素分析。 首先,论文通过分析我国大中型工业企业现状来引发对开展技术创新效率评价工作必要性的思考,概述了国内外技术创新效率评价理论及现有的评价方法,提出课题研究的意义、研究思路和创新点。然后,构建了大中型工业企业技术创新效率评价指标体系,并应用Pearson相关分析对数据进行了相关性验证。接着,运用DEA-BCC模型对各省区的技术创新效率进行横向静态测度,并考察东、中、西三大地区的差异性;再运用DEA-Malmquist指数法分析各省区技术创新效率的动态变化,并考察其收敛趋势。最后,利用Tobit模型对技术创新效率的影响因素进行分析,从而为提高我国大中型工业企业技术创新效率提供针对性政策建议,有广泛的应用价值。
[Abstract]:At present, under the condition that the enterprise is becoming the main body of innovation, the knowledge production will come from the enterprise more and more, and the industrial enterprise has become an important part of the regional technological innovation. The large and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial enterprises are the main body of the technological innovation of the industrial enterprises, and the level of technological innovation of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises to a great extent represents the level of the national innovation ability. Therefore, under this background, it is of great practical significance to measure the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in various provinces and regions of our country, and to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improvement. On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature and expert research results, this paper summarizes the research status of the evaluation theory and methods of the efficiency of technological innovation at home and abroad, based on the non-parametric DEA method as the theoretical basis. This paper investigates the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in provinces and regions in China from two aspects of horizontal regional difference and vertical dynamic evolution, and analyzes the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency by using Tobit model. First of all, by analyzing the current situation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China, the paper gives some thoughts on the necessity of evaluating the efficiency of technological innovation, and summarizes the evaluation theory and existing evaluation methods of the efficiency of technological innovation at home and abroad. Put forward the significance of the subject research, research ideas and innovative points. Then, the evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises is constructed, and the correlation of data is verified by Pearson correlation analysis. Then, the paper uses DEA-BCC model to measure the technological innovation efficiency of provinces and regions, and investigates the differences among the east, the middle and the west, and then analyzes the dynamic changes of the technological innovation efficiency of the provinces and regions by using the DEA-Malmquist index method. The convergence trend is investigated. Finally, Tobit model is used to analyze the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency, so as to provide targeted policy recommendations for improving the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China, which has wide application value.
