中国汽车消费信贷风险与防范研究

【摘要】:近几年,随着我国汽车消费需求的不断增长,各商业银行、汽车经销商、汽车财务公司纷纷推出面向最终用户的汽车信贷业务,汽车信贷在较短时间内取得了较快发展。但不论是同国外相比,还是从适应我国汽车需求快速增长的要求来看,其发展状况都很不理想,目前的汽车信贷比例还不到汽车销售总量的15%。阻碍汽车信贷业务发展的因素很多,其中风险管理体系不健全是制约该项业务发展的重要原因,非信用化环境下难以预测的风险隐患已成为发展汽车消费信贷业务的瓶颈问题。因此,加强汽车信贷风险管理,建立行之有效的信贷风险管理体系已成为发展汽车信贷业务所要解决的首要问题。 数据显示,目前私车贷款约30%违约还贷,10%的汽车贷款难以追回,多数保险公司在车贷险上亏本经营,最终导致该业务的停办。随着汽车消费信贷的发展,汽车消费信贷风险目前己经成为我国银行及其他金融机构所面临的突出问题,并影响我国经济的发展及稳定。因此,分析和审视汽车消费信贷风险的成因,认真研究汽车消费信贷风险的内在规律,对于采取有效措施加强汽车消费信贷风险管理,健全我国商业银行汽车信贷风险防范体系,提高汽车信贷风险监控的效率,进而保证我国金融体系稳健、高效运行,实现经济的可持续发展,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文从消费信贷及消费信贷风险的理论研究成果出发,将分析中国汽车消费贷款的现状、风险影响因素及形成根源,并试图系统提出我国商业银行汽车消费信贷风险的防范措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing demand of automobile consumption in our country, commercial banks, automobile dealers and auto finance companies have launched the automobile credit service for the end users one after another, and the automobile credit has developed rapidly in a relatively short period of time. However, whether compared with foreign countries, or from the demand of rapid growth of automobile demand in China, the development situation is not ideal. The current auto credit ratio is less than 15% of the total automobile sales. There are many factors hindering the development of automobile credit business, among which the unsound risk management system is an important factor restricting the development of the business. The risk hidden danger which is difficult to predict in the non-credit environment has become the bottleneck problem in the development of automobile consumption credit business. Therefore, strengthening automobile credit risk management and establishing an effective credit risk management system have become the most important problems to be solved in the development of auto credit business. Data show that about 30 percent of private car loans are currently in default and 10 percent of auto loans are difficult to recover, and that most insurance companies are losing money on auto loans, leading to the suspension of the business. With the development of automobile consumption credit, the risk of automobile consumption credit has become a prominent problem faced by Chinese banks and other financial institutions, and has affected the development and stability of our economy. Therefore, to analyze and examine the causes of automobile consumption credit risk, to study the inherent law of automobile consumption credit risk, and to take effective measures to strengthen automobile consumption credit risk management, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to perfect the automobile credit risk prevention system of commercial banks in our country, to improve the efficiency of automobile credit risk monitoring, to ensure the steady and efficient operation of our financial system and to realize the sustainable development of economy. Based on the theoretical research results of consumer credit and consumer credit risk, this paper will analyze the current situation of China's automobile consumption loan, the risk influencing factors and the origin of its formation. And tries to put forward the commercial bank automobile consumption credit risk prevention measures systematically.
