神华纵向一体化运营模式

【摘要】：正增强各二级子分公司的经营自主性、市场参与能力和竞争能力等必将成为市场化进程提速的标志,并推动组织形态逐步实现从纵向一体化向企业间网络的演变。一、神华纵向一体化运营模式的基本内涵所谓纵向一体化运营模式是指以神华组织形态的纵向一体化发展为前提,神华总部对各二级子分公司的生产运营活动施以不同类型、不同强度的纵向管控,并经过长期的运营实践检验而最终处于相对平稳和成熟状态之后所形成的一种模式。对于一个企业而言,纵向一体化意味着该企业在多大程度上自己生产那些能
