汽车服务业A公司盈利能力分析

【摘要】:在汽车工业日益发达与人民生活水平飞速上升的大环境下,汽车已经成为了生活中不可缺少的要素。随着汽车销售量的猛烈增加,汽车服务业也发展迅速,从无到有,逐渐精品、专业化。同时汽车服务业市场进入者增多,市场竞争越来越激烈,伴随着人民消费水平的提升,客户不再满足于基本的汽车服务,因此要求企业做出改变。本文以小企业A公司为研究对象,在详细分析企业背景、发展概况的基础上,研究A公司在实施目标客户经营策略前后的经营情况,研究目标客户的变化、客户盈利能力及企业盈利能力变化,从而得出一些初步的结论,实施目标客户策略对企业盈利能力、客户盈利能力产生的影响。
[Abstract]:With the development of automobile industry and the rapid improvement of people's living standard, automobile has become an indispensable factor in life. With the rapid increase of automobile sales, automobile service industry also develops rapidly, from scratch to existence, gradually boutique, specialization. At the same time, the number of automobile service market entrants is increasing, and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. With the improvement of people's consumption level, customers are no longer satisfied with the basic automobile services, so enterprises are required to make changes. Based on the detailed analysis of the background and development situation of small enterprise A, this paper studies the operating situation of A company before and after the implementation of the target customer management strategy, and studies the changes of the target customer. The change of customer profitability and enterprise profitability leads to some preliminary conclusions that the implementation of target customer strategy has an impact on corporate profitability and customer profitability.
