丰田汽车跨国经营模式研究

【摘要】:丰田汽车依靠高效的准时精益生产方式(TPS)和高水平的全面质量管理体系(TQC),成为全球汽车行业的标杆企业,拥有独特竞争优势的丰田汽车跨国经营也非常成功,目前海外生产比例远远超过日本国内生产。文章对丰田汽车跨国经营的现状和历程、动因、优势等进行分析,对我国汽车产业等制造业的"走出去"战略提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Toyota has become a benchmark enterprise in the global automobile industry by means of high-efficient just-in-time lean production (TPS) and high-level total quality management system (TQC). Toyota's transnational operation with unique competitive advantages is very successful. At present, the proportion of overseas production far exceeds that of Japan's domestic production. This paper analyzes the current situation, course, motivation and advantages of China's automobile industry and other manufacturing industries to provide reference for the "going out" strategy.
