银光公司ISO9000质量管理体系运行现状及改进研究

【摘要】:银光公司是中国兵器工业集团公司所属的国家重点保军企业,位于甘肃省白银市,始建于1953年,是我国炸药行业品种齐全、生产规模最大的骨干企业。银光公司作为一家军工企业,始终把质量作为企业的生命。目前,公司建立了以GJB9001B-2009标准为基础的质量管理体系。公司经过质量管理体系多年的运行,员工质量意识得到不断提高,产品实物质量得到了有效保证,已建立了一套完整的规章制度,但是在产品的生产过程中,出现产品质量问题的现象也时有发生,在质量管理体系的实施过程中,由于对某些深层次因素没有很好地把握,导致公司的质量管理体系运行中存在一些急需解决的问题。本文以银光公司的质量管理体系实际运行状况为研究对象,首先提出了企业提高体系运行水平的目的及意义。接着介绍了质量管理相关理论、方法。通过数据收集、调查分析,梳理出了银光公司目前质量管理管理体系运行中存在的问题。结合军工企业质量管理体系构成要素及总要求、影响质量管理体系运行效果的因素以及优化设计银光公司质量管理体系应遵循的原则要求,对目前公司质量管理管理体系运行中存在的问题进行原因分析,制定了银光公司质量管理体系的改进方案所要达到的目标,通过调研、论证提出从明确管理职责、建立动态质量经济分析制度、提高过程质量控制的科学性、关注用户需求、打造质量文化几方面设计银光公司质量管理体系的改进方案。最后立足公司生产经营实际提出了具体的改进措施,以确保公司质量管理体系能够按照GJB9001B-2009标准要求得到完善,同时更加符合银光公司的具体实际情况,进一步推进银光公司IS09000质量管理体系的有效运行。本文选题具有一定的实际针对性,通过调查、研究、分析银光公司的质量管理体系实际运行情况,设计改进方案,提出改进措施,对提升公司质量管理工作水平具有十分重要的现实意义,相信对相关企业具有一定的实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:Yinguang Company is a national key military enterprise belonging to China Armament Industry Group, located in Baiyin City, Gansu Province. It was founded in 1953 and is the backbone enterprise with the largest production scale and complete range of explosives industry in China. As a military enterprise, Yinguang always regards quality as its life. At present, the company has established a quality management system based on GJB9001B-2009 standards. After many years of operation of the quality management system, the employee's awareness of quality has been continuously improved, and the quality of the products has been effectively guaranteed. A set of complete rules and regulations have been established, but in the production process of the products, The phenomenon of product quality problems also occurs from time to time. In the implementation of quality management system, there are some urgent problems in the operation of quality management system due to the lack of a good grasp of some deep-seated factors. In this paper, the actual operation of the quality management system of Yinguang Company is taken as the research object. Firstly, the purpose and significance of improving the operation level of the system are put forward. Then introduced the quality management related theory, the method. Through data collection, investigation and analysis, the problems existing in the current quality management system of Yinguang Company are sorted out. Combined with the elements and total requirements of the quality management system of the military enterprises, the factors that affect the running effect of the quality management system and the principles to be followed in optimizing the design of the quality management system of Yinguang Company are discussed. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the operation of the company's quality management system at present, formulates the objectives to be achieved by the improvement scheme of the quality management system of Yinguang Company, and through investigation, demonstrates and puts forward a clear management responsibility. Establish dynamic quality and economic analysis system, improve the process quality control of scientific, pay attention to the needs of users, create quality culture design Yinguang company quality management system improvement scheme. Finally based on the actual production and operation of the company put forward specific improvement measures to ensure that the company's quality management system can be improved according to the requirements of GJB9001B-2009 standards and more in line with the actual situation of Yinguang Company. Further promote the effective operation of IS09000 quality management system of Yinguang Company. Through investigation, research, analysis of the actual operation of the quality management system of Yinguang Company, design and improvement plan, put forward the improvement measures. It has a very important practical significance to improve the quality management level of the company, and it is believed to have certain practical guiding significance to the related enterprises.
