富士康发展战略研究

【摘要】:当前全球IT产业的几大巨头,都是通过代工企业完成其生产的最后环节,富士康是这个电子代工行业的典型代表,随着2008年金融危机的爆发,以富士康为代表的代工企业面临寒冬,文章对当前国际国内经济环境的分析,分析代工企业的生存环境和富士康在代工行业的地位和优势,对其未来的持续健康发展的发展战略进行研究,为代工企业的发展战略提供建设性参考意见。 本文以富士康为研究对象,在查阅资料和实际工作检验相结合的基础上,通过于相关人士的了解,运用企业发展战略和经济管理等相关理论,分析过程中运用SWOT分析的手法,探讨了富士康发展战略的问题。通过介绍富士康的背景、发展历程以及现状,分析了目前的经济、政治、行业发展等宏观环境;通过内部环境分析与评价得出其在代工行业的核心竞争力,快速交货与垂直整合;通过外部环境的分析与评价,得出结论,富士康原来拥有的成本领先的优势不再,国外IT客户的订单不确定性增加,在此环境下,结合公司发展战略理论,本文给出建设性建议,如何在代工行业增强其行业领先地位,以及在代工的基础上进行战略转型,通过自有品牌战略获取更好的利润发展空间,从而保持企业持续、健康地发展。 本文得出的结论对代工行业的战略转型有积极的参考价值,可以为公司的转型提供建设性的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, several giants of the global IT industry have completed the final stage of their production through contract manufacturing enterprises. Foxconn is a typical representative of this electronic contract industry. With the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, The contract manufacturing enterprises, represented by Foxconn, are facing the cold winter. The article analyzes the current international and domestic economic environment, analyzes the living environment of the contract manufacturing enterprises and the position and advantages of Foxconn in the contract industry. The development strategy of its future sustainable and healthy development is studied to provide constructive reference for the development strategy of contract manufacturing enterprises. This paper takes Foxconn as the research object, on the basis of the combination of consulting materials and actual work inspection, through the understanding of relevant personages, using the relevant theories such as enterprise development strategy and economic management, using the SWOT analysis technique in the process of analysis. The development strategy of Foxconn is discussed. By introducing Foxconn's background, development history and current situation, this paper analyzes the current macro-environment, such as economy, politics and industry development, and finds out its core competitiveness in contract industry through internal environment analysis and evaluation. Through the analysis and evaluation of the external environment, it is concluded that Foxconn no longer has the advantage of cost leading, and the uncertainty of foreign IT customers' orders is increasing in this environment. Based on the theory of company development strategy, this paper gives some constructive suggestions on how to strengthen its leading position in contract industry, and how to make strategic transition on the basis of contract industry, and gain better profit development space through its own brand strategy. In order to maintain sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise. The conclusion of this paper has positive reference value for the strategic transformation of contract industry and can provide constructive suggestions for the transformation of the company.
