LNG加气站选址决策研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于人们对于能源危机和环境污染问题的重视,“情洁能源”车辆得到了迅猛的发展,广泛的应用于城市交通。国内许多城市都将公交车、环卫车、城际巴士等公共交通车辆改装成LNG等清洁能源车辆,随着LNG车辆的增多,为了满足LNG车辆的加气需求,LNG加气站的建设也在蓬勃的开展之中。 当前,许多城市出现了LNG汽车加气难的问题,其原因很大程度上归咎于加气站选址不当。不当的选址将严重影响到LNG加气网络的运行,城市道路交通的畅通以及加气站的整体经济效益。因此,如何用科学、系统的理论对加气站进行选址,对于加气站的规划管理者和设计者来说,都是急需解决的问题。 本文在查阅了大量的国内外文献资料的基础上,对加气站等公共设施的选址理论进行了深入的分析和研究。目前,在加气站选址方面,研究者大都采用了单一的定性分析方法,主要在概念层面阐述加气站的选址流程、选址原则和选址影响因素等,忽略了定性分析的重要性。针对以上情况,本文对以下几个方面进行了研究: 第一,分析LNG和LNG加气站的特点以及发展现状。根据现有研究理论,结合LNG特点总结LNG加气站的选址流程、选址原则和选址影响因素。 第二,构建选址模型。以加气站建站成本最小、顾客到加气站总加权距离最小为目标函数构建模型,并选择了选址问题中有效的求解方法-基于Pareto的混合多目标演化算法,进行求解。 第三,实例验证。为了验证本文所构建模型和所涉及算法的有效性和可行性,选取广州市白云区为实例,运用文章设计的多目标选址模型和混合多目标演化算法,进行LNG加气站选址。选址结果表明,本文所建立的多目标模型是有效的LNG加气站选址模型,所设计的基于Pareto的混合多目标演化算法能有效解决选址问题等大规模搜索问题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the attention of people to the energy crisis and environmental pollution, "Qingjie Energy" vehicles have been rapidly developed, widely used in urban traffic. Many cities in China have converted public transport vehicles such as buses, sanitation vehicles and intercity buses into clean energy vehicles such as LNG. With the increase of LNG vehicles, the construction of LNG filling stations is also booming in order to meet the needs of LNG vehicles. At present, many cities have the problem of gas filling of LNG vehicles, which is largely due to the improper location of filling stations. Improper location will seriously affect the operation of LNG aeration network, the smooth flow of urban road traffic and the overall economic benefits of the gas filling station. Therefore, how to use the scientific and systematic theory to locate the gas station is an urgent problem for the planning manager and designer of the gas station. On the basis of consulting a lot of domestic and foreign documents, this paper makes a deep analysis and research on the location theory of gas filling stations and other public facilities. At present, in the field of gas station location, researchers mostly adopt a single qualitative analysis method, mainly in the concept level of gas station location process, location principles and location factors, ignoring the importance of qualitative analysis. In this paper, the following aspects are studied: first, the characteristics and development of LNG and LNG filling stations are analyzed. According to the existing research theory, combined with the characteristics of LNG, the location process, location principle and location influencing factors of LNG filling station are summarized. Second, the construction of site selection model. Taking the minimum cost of the gas station and the minimum total weighted distance from the customer to the gas station as the objective function, the model is constructed, and the effective solution method of the location problem, the hybrid multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on Pareto, is selected to solve the model. Third, the example verifies. In order to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed model and the algorithm involved, the LNG gas station location was selected as an example in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, using the multi-objective location model and the hybrid multi-objective evolutionary algorithm designed in this paper. The results show that the multi-objective model established in this paper is an effective LNG gas station location model, and the hybrid multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on Pareto can effectively solve the large-scale search problem such as location problem.
