JZ公司机顶盒业务发展方向选择的研究

【摘要】:JZ公司是一个老牌国有企业,过去仅是广电行业传统的有线电视、卫星电视机顶盒制造商,如今受到互联网电视行业、通信行业介入视频服务的压力,面临着跨界企业的巨大挑战。在当今新旧业态交织的产业背景下,面对跨界融合的行业发展趋势,如何正确的选择发展方向,找到出路,为公司培育出新的经济增长点,成为当下重要而迫切的主题,也是本文研究探讨的重点。针对这种现状,笔者采用了安索夫矩阵、PEST分析、五力分析为依据,从理论上分析研究了影响机顶盒业务发展的要素。本文深度结合JZ公司机顶盒业务,通过对政策、行业、经济、技术、市场、优势、劣势、机会、挑战等主要因素的分析,进行其业务发展方向选择的探讨。本文通篇围绕产品、市场两个维度,运用安索夫矩阵,以现有的市场和产品为基础,以巩固市场份额为目的,研究JZ公司机顶盒业务战略发展方向的选择问题。本文运用PEST理论,分析政策、社会、经济、技术因素,从总体上把握宏观外部环境,评价其对企业战略目标和战略制定的影响,从而对企业的战略目标进行恰当的定位,进而制定和调整相应的战略;通过五力分析,对JZ公司的外部环境进行分析,对公司的发展能力与内生动力进行了探讨,提炼公司长期发展形成的核心能力,挖掘扩张经营、做强做大的发展基础和内生动力;通过安索夫矩阵,提炼出企业增长需要综合平衡发展的三个阶段的业务,突出核心业务,寻求新业务发展机遇。企业业务发展方向的选择,对企业发展具有非常深远的意义,笔者通过分析国家相关产业政策,综合分析公司内外部环境,以及对公司主营业务的产业与行业的全面系统分析和科学预测,拟定公司战略发展步骤、思路和经营目标,并从企业基础运营管理保障和资源配置保障方面提出保障措施。但是本研究还存在一些不足:如本研究立足于JZ公司,由于行业界限、企业发展能力不同等因素,对该个案得出的分析不具有普遍适用性。由此可见,研究企业如何选择业务发展方向是一项个性化的研究任务。
[Abstract]:JZ, a veteran state-owned enterprise that used to be a traditional cable television and satellite TV set-top box manufacturer, is under pressure from the Internet television industry and the communications industry to intervene in video services. Faced with the enormous challenges of cross-border enterprises. Under the background of the new and old industry, facing the trend of industry development, how to choose the right direction of development, find a way out and cultivate new economic growth point for the company has become an important and urgent topic. It is also the focus of this study. In view of this situation, based on Ansov matrix, PEST analysis and five-force analysis, the factors that affect the development of set-top box business are analyzed and studied theoretically. Based on the analysis of policy, industry, economy, technology, market, advantage, inferiority, opportunity, challenge and so on, this paper discusses the choice of development direction of JZ's set-top box business. This paper focuses on the two dimensions of product and market, using the Ansov matrix, based on the existing market and products, and aiming at consolidating the market share, studies the choice of the strategic development direction of JZ's set-top box business. This paper applies PEST theory to analyze the policy, social, economic and technological factors, to grasp the macro external environment in general, and to evaluate its influence on the strategic objectives and strategic formulation of enterprises, so as to position the strategic objectives of enterprises appropriately. Through the analysis of five forces, the external environment of JZ company is analyzed, the development ability and endogenous power of the company are discussed, the core ability of long-term development of the company is refined, and the expansion management is excavated. By means of Ansov matrix, the three stages of business which need to be developed in a comprehensive and balanced manner are abstracted, the core business is highlighted, and new business development opportunities are sought. The choice of the direction of business development is of great significance to the development of enterprises. By analyzing the relevant industrial policies of the country, the author comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environment of the company. It also makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis and scientific prediction of the industry and industry of the company's main business, formulates the strategic development steps, ideas and business objectives of the company, and puts forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of the basic operation management guarantee and the resource allocation guarantee of the company. However, there are still some shortcomings in this study: for example, this study is based on JZ Company, because of the industry boundaries, the ability of enterprise development is not equal, so the analysis of this case does not have universal applicability. Thus, it is a personalized research task to study how to choose the direction of business development.
