我国制造型企业信息化管理策略研究

【摘要】：信息技术是企业的核心竞争力之一,是企业提高管理水平和竞争力、实现可持续发展的必需品。我国制造型企业整体信息化与发达国家相比还有很大差距,但部分企业的信息化建设起步较早、发展较快,在吸收国外先进经验的基础上进行了本地化,取得了良好的应用效果。因此,选取一些具有代表性的制造型企业为研究对象,剖析其信息化管理体制,从而为我国企业信息化管理模式的建立和改进提供理论与实践借鉴。本文通过调研我国某些典型制造型集团企业信息化建设的成功案例,采用定性比较分析的方法对其各自的发展背景和历程、管理模式、管理特色、企业管理与信息化建设两者之间的关联和互动进行了研究；在借鉴企业优秀管理方法的基础上,针对企业信息化发展存在的问题从思想认识、体系完善、业务优化、标准建设、信息规划、资金投入、人员培训、深入应用等方面提出了对应的解决方案。论文研究可为制造型企业信息化管理建设提供借鉴,也为企业探索和发展信息化建设提供了积极有价值的思路。全文共分为五章,第一章绪论,介绍选题背景、研究目的及意义,并简述国内外对制造型企业信息化管理应用的理论研究及使用现状；第二章提出制造型企业信息化管理的理论及依据；第三章以制造型企业为例,分析我国制造型企业信息化管理存在问题及根源；第四章以典型制造型企业信息化管理的应用为示范案例进行分析；第五章提出我国制造型企业信息化管理的建设策略。
[Abstract]:Information technology is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, is necessary for enterprises to improve the management level and competitiveness, to achieve sustainable development. Compared with the developed countries, the overall informatization of manufacturing enterprises in China is still far from that of the developed countries. However, some enterprises have started their informatization construction earlier and developed rapidly, and have localized it on the basis of absorbing the advanced experience of foreign countries. Good results have been obtained. Therefore, select some representative manufacturing enterprises as the research object, analyze its information management system, thus provide theoretical and practical reference for the establishment and improvement of our country's enterprise information management model. By investigating the successful cases of information construction of some typical manufacturing group enterprises in our country, this paper adopts the method of qualitative comparative analysis to analyze their respective development background and course, management mode and management characteristics. Based on the study of the relationship and interaction between enterprise management and information construction, this paper studies the problems existing in the development of enterprise informatization from the aspects of ideological understanding, perfect system, business optimization, standard construction, on the basis of learning from the excellent management methods of enterprises, and aiming at the problems existing in the development of enterprise informatization. Information planning, capital investment, personnel training, in-depth application and other aspects of the corresponding solutions. The research in this paper can provide reference for the construction of information management in manufacturing enterprises, and also provide a positive and valuable way for enterprises to explore and develop information construction. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, and briefly describes the domestic and foreign application of manufacturing enterprise information management theory and the status quo; The second chapter puts forward the theory and basis of information management of manufacturing enterprises, the third chapter takes manufacturing enterprises as an example, analyzes the problems and causes of information management of manufacturing enterprises in our country. The fourth chapter analyzes the application of the typical manufacturing enterprise information management as a demonstration case, and the fifth chapter puts forward the construction strategy of the manufacturing enterprise information management in our country.
