Z公司薪酬制度改革与研究

【摘要】:薪酬制度改革是企业发展的核心,它关乎员工对企业的付出以及企业的发展,伴随着经济环境以及人力资源管理的发展步伐的加快,越来越多的企业管理者认识到要提高企业运行效率达到经营目标,不能把员工的工作局限于特定的岗位要求,,需要鼓励员工胜任多种工作,积极创新工作方式方法。本文就以汽车销售服务型企业——Z公司为例,针对公司销售人员的薪酬制度改革方案中常见的几个问题进行分析和探讨。 本文分五章来论述Z公司薪酬制度的改革与研究,第一章主要谈的是论文的研究背景及研究意义,第二章主要谈到了薪酬理论及相关知识的概述,第三章主要介绍了Z公司的基本情况以及现行的薪酬制度,第四章则重点介绍了Z公司薪酬制度改革的方案设计,第五章对新设计的薪酬制度在Z公司可推行进行了展望和分析。 本文将对Z公司现有的薪酬制度进行分析、归纳、总结,结合薪酬理论知识剖析公司现行制度的主要问题以此确定好公司的薪酬原则,并结合企业的经营目标通过对职位的分析来确定公司薪酬制度的基础。
[Abstract]:The reform of salary system is the core of the development of enterprises, which relates to the employees' efforts to the enterprises and the development of the enterprises, along with the acceleration of the economic environment and the development of human resources management. More and more enterprise managers realize that in order to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises to achieve business objectives, we can not limit the work of employees to specific job requirements, we need to encourage employees to be competent in a variety of jobs, and actively innovate ways and methods of work. Taking Z Company as an example, this paper analyzes and discusses some common problems in the reform of salary system of sales personnel in Z Company, an automobile sales and service enterprise. This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the reform and research of Z company's salary system. The first chapter mainly discusses the research background and significance of the paper, the second chapter mainly discusses the summary of compensation theory and related knowledge. The third chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of Z Company and the current compensation system, the fourth chapter mainly introduces the scheme design of Z Company compensation system reform. In the fifth chapter, the prospect and analysis of the newly designed compensation system in Z Company are discussed. This paper will analyze, sum up, summarize and analyze the main problems of the current system of Z Company by combining with the knowledge of compensation theory to determine the compensation principle of the company. And combined with the business objectives of the company through the analysis of the position to determine the basis of the company's compensation system.
