基于GIS的电力一体化营销平台的研究与应用

【摘要】:供电企业走向市场,营销工作是关键。电力营销工作的好坏,直接关系到电力企业的经济效益,同时电力营销管理的整体水平也直接决定着电力企业形象和服务水平,这就对供电企业营销管理和优质服务水平提出了更高的要求,企业信息化是实现上述目标的一种重要技术手段。 根据电力营销管理的模式及情况,在需求分析的基础上对主要业务流程进行归纳整理,提出电力营销一体化平台的设计方法。论文依据需求分析结果得到系统设计目标功能模块,开发了B/S模式的营销GIS一体化平台,对系统的开发模式、设计方案、功能模块,功能实现等进行了探讨。 本系统的主要特色在于:采用数据集中、业务分散的思想对软件进行设计,采用多层结构、构件化和面向对象方法进行软件开发,采用组件化开发方式对系统业务软件进行设计,本系统开发后,各模块业务流程规范,有利于与用户之间的沟通,提高了工作效率,系统数据集中管理,提高了电力企业管理水平。总之,系统的设计与实现,整合生产、调度和营销等专业信息资源,搭建基于GIS的电力一体化营销平台,实现了营销跨专业的高效协同。
[Abstract]:Marketing is the key for power supply enterprises to go to the market. The quality of electric power marketing is directly related to the economic benefits of electric power enterprises. At the same time, the overall level of power marketing management directly determines the image and service level of electric power enterprises. This puts forward higher requirements for marketing management and high quality service level of power supply enterprises. Enterprise informatization is an important technical means to achieve the above goal. According to the mode and situation of electric power marketing management, the main business process is summarized and arranged on the basis of demand analysis, and the design method of electric power marketing integrated platform is put forward. According to the result of requirement analysis, the paper obtains the target function module of the system, develops the integrated platform of marketing GIS based on the B / S model, and discusses the development mode, design scheme, function module and function realization of the system. The main features of the system are that the software is designed with the idea of data concentration and business decentralization, and the software is developed with multi-layer structure, component-based and object-oriented method. After the development of the system, the business process of each module is standardized, which is conducive to the communication with the users, improves the working efficiency, and the centralized management of the system data. The management level of electric power enterprises has been improved. In short, the design and implementation of the system, integration of production, scheduling and marketing and other professional information resources, build an integrated power marketing platform based on GIS, to achieve cross-professional marketing efficient collaboration.
