供应链整合对制造绩效影响的实证研究

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪,全球化造成了更加残酷的市场竞争,制造企业要获得持续的竞争优势,必须提高制造绩效。而制造过程不但是企业内部的活动,还涉及到与供应链上的上游供应商的供应和对下游客户需求的满足。因此,研究供应链整合对制造绩效的影响以及其中的作用关系,对于制造企业提高制造绩效,增强竞争力具有重要意义。 本研究在资源基础理论、交易成本理论和组织学习理论的基础上,构建了供应链整合对制造绩效影响的理论模型。其中,将供应链整合划分为供应商整合、客户整合和内部整合三个维度,将制造绩效分为质量、柔性、创新、交货和成本五个维度。对417份针对制造企业的调查问卷进行了信度和效度分析,在此基础上通过相关性分析和层次回归方法对研究假设进行了验证,,并提出了制造企业在供应链整合上的策略建议。 本研究通过实证检验了供应链整合对制造绩效的正向影响。其中,供应商整合和内部整合对于质量、柔性、创新、交货和成本绩效均有显著的正向影响,而客户整合对质量、柔性、交货和成本绩效也有显著的正向影响。另外也验证了内部整合在供应商整合和客户整合对制造绩效影响中的中介作用。根据实证分析结果,对供应链整合影响制造绩效的作用机制作出分析,并对制造企业如何提高制造绩效提出了策略建议。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, globalization has led to more cruel market competition. Manufacturing enterprises must improve their manufacturing performance in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. The manufacturing process is not only the internal activities of the enterprise, but also involves the supply of upstream suppliers in the supply chain and the satisfaction of downstream customer demand. Therefore, it is of great significance for manufacturing enterprises to study the impact of supply chain integration on manufacturing performance and the relationship between them. On the basis of resource-based theory, transaction cost theory and organizational learning theory, a theoretical model of the impact of supply chain integration on manufacturing performance is established. Supply chain integration is divided into three dimensions: supplier integration, customer integration and internal integration. Manufacturing performance is divided into five dimensions: quality, flexibility, innovation, delivery and cost. Based on the reliability and validity analysis of 417 questionnaires for manufacturing enterprises, this paper verifies the research hypotheses by correlation analysis and hierarchical regression method, and puts forward some strategic suggestions on supply chain integration of manufacturing enterprises. This study empirically examines the positive impact of supply chain integration on manufacturing performance. Among them, supplier integration and internal integration have significant positive effects on quality, flexibility, innovation, delivery and cost performance, while customer integration has significant positive impact on quality, flexibility, delivery and cost performance. In addition, it also verifies the intermediary role of internal integration in supplier integration and customer integration on manufacturing performance. According to the results of empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the mechanism of supply chain integration affecting manufacturing performance, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve manufacturing performance.
