侯马国家电网公司“五大体系”组织结构重建

【摘要】:国家电网公司必须采用现代化的管理方法,提高企业管理水平。为了解决公司核心业务快速发展过程中存在的管理机制问题,必须建立与目前实际运行相符合的电网运行系统;本研究是在这一背景下,开展公司五大系统组织结构的研究,优化运行模式。本文主要研究对象为侯马国家电网公司现有运行体系中存在着规划,建设,运营,维护,销售五大核心专业,通过对侯马国家电网公司现有模型进行深入分析,总结了存在的问题,并对这些问题加以分析,找到症结发生的原因,制定计划,建设由山西省国家电网公司统一组织实施的新型规划,建设,运行,检修五大系统的方向来解决营销、项目管理和组织理论相关问题,通过配套的理论体系,在实际运行管理过程中与侯马国家电网公司具体情况相结合,确定了公司基础结构模式的组织结构。在侯马国家电网公司五个专业中存在的诸多问题,本文在每个部分的组织结构上对五大系统进行了研究,并且对每个系统进行了的功能分析,最终对侯马国家电网公司组织结构的设计和施工体现效果后的五个系统都提出了相应的措施。对侯马国家电网公司以及其他区县级公司有关于新形势下国家电网公司组织结构模式方面提出了一些建议。对其他地区,级别相同的国家电网公司在组织变革方面具有部分的借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:State Grid Company must adopt modern management methods to improve the level of enterprise management. In order to solve the problem of management mechanism existing in the rapid development of the company's core business, it is necessary to establish a grid operation system that is in line with the actual operation at present. Under this background, the research on the organizational structure of the five systems of the company is carried out to optimize the operation mode. The main research object of this paper is that there are five core specialties in the current operating system of Homa State Grid Company, such as planning, construction, operation, maintenance and sales, through the in-depth analysis of the existing model of Homa State Grid Company. This paper summarizes the existing problems, analyzes these problems, finds out the causes of the crux, makes a plan and builds a new type of planning, construction and operation, which is implemented by the State Grid Corporation of Shanxi Province. Overhaul the direction of the five systems to solve marketing, project management and organizational theory related issues, through a supporting theoretical system, in the actual operation of the management process with the Homa State Grid Company specific situation, The organizational structure of the corporate infrastructure model is determined. There are many problems in the five majors of Homa State Grid Company. This paper studies the five systems in the organizational structure of each part, and analyzes the function of each system. Finally, the corresponding measures are put forward for the five systems after the design and construction of the organizational structure of Homa State Grid Company. Some suggestions are put forward for Homa State Grid Company and other county-level companies on the organizational structure of State Grid Company under the new situation. For other regions, state grid companies at the same level have part of the value of organizational change.
